To me it looks like another Signatum. Lack of information in the beginning.

Signatum didn't get a reboot not once. Was working the whole time and transitioned to POS almost seamlessly. One of the best pop up new algo coins ever. It was some butthurt fudders who brought it down. The same devs are still on project after two pumps.
