Guru Chahal is again starting a scam company called RED Lotus.

Guys he is planning for another scam ico, be careful.

Lol, with track record behind his name one would expect him to start hiding behind fake name, or
behind other people

Scam or Not - A Rude Answer from Lydian ICO CEO

Coinidol didn't carry out in-depth research of the project to prove or disprove this fact. But we have asked the CEO of LydianCoin to comment on the main questions of the community.

As a respond to our request we have received a rude answer from email. In a reply, Kamal Kaur presented herself as a new CEO of Lydian.io starting from December 2017, stated that Gurbaksh Chahal is no longer a CEO.

LydianCoin is run by Gurbaksh Chahal, who was convicted of beating his girlfriend and then had his probation revoked for beating a second woman.

I confirm that the one who owns the account @gchahal on Twitter is clearly inadequate and, probably, a headsick person.

Yesterday I saw that this dude accused me of funding some kind of blockstarter, which he said was a scammer, and warns everyone to stay away from "us" far away, so as not to lose money.

I was so surprised and shocked!!!  Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked Huh Huh Huh

I did not know this @gchahal before
I did not know about the blockstarter anything.
I have never financed anyone (except myself, my relatives and cats).
I still do not understand - what have I got to do with this stupid story!

But even though his account has 131 thousand followers, and mine - only 2 thousand with a small one, I published my tweet, where I suggested that this donkey show evidence of his accusation against me - or clean up his shit and publicly apologize to me.

He removed his tweet, but did not apologize, although I gave him a 24h. And now one of his servants asks me to remove my tweet. Grin Grin Grin

Today I came across this thread (thanks to @aTriz!) - and I learned a lot of interesting things about this asshole!

You are the guy who he tweeted? Then you call him in? And tweeted everyone who retweet or fav his?

Man you are awesome!!

Well, before/after I left the project, I've personally asked Stan if this was a scam. He didn't answer and said its a legal thing etc.

Anyway, now I'm getting threatened to get red trusted, burned by a what I believe an Arabic god called allah, physically beaten (asks me where I live etc) and so on. He raged me with a lot of "fuck you"s. Grin

I smell a lot of scams associated with this guy, we would like to explore deep about him as i think scams prevail because of these shills only, and you need not to fear the threats as they don't have bowls balls to come forward and hurt you in real life.

I also saw his name mentioned on their Telegram, some are saying he got fired by G Chahal ..You know scammers fighting!

All the while, lydian has not responded with anything to suggest or to confirm that they have indeed raised $10 mil. That is the major deciding factor here in my opinion, and lydian seems to avoid that question quite sensitively.

Unless they provide a signed message of at least even $500k(that's only 5% of what they claim to have gotten), then i would not trust them with a single cent. It is likely that they are using the $10 million raised as an attraction for more investors.

Calling aTriz a troll without any evidence doesn't help either.

Its not him alone! Go to their Telegram and you will find the scammer G Chahal and all these paid scammers he hired to scam honest investors what they say!

I do value what this community managed to do, we closed down all their posts basically
What we all should do is value what @needmoney did.

I really really value his professionalism, and honesty plus him sticky with the community.

Thank you for the community for shutting this scam quickly:

- @NeedMoney should be respect for his decision.
- @Atriz should be valued for being an early exposer.
- Litra coin team should be appreciated by the community for their bravery.

Ladies and Gentlemen,

Lydian is a scam! Why we are fighting and trying to find more evidences of it?

You have someone who hit another human begin 100+ Times.

You have someone who claim to build 1+ Billion dollars business, yet he has all the time to login to this forum and respond, after creating a fake account for his company, then jumpin when ever it suits him?

You have someone who went so far in an email chain over the last 3-4 days to insult and trash someone who refused to be a victim of his scam!

The today extended exchange with Litra team, and the amount of trash he said to them, because they refuse to be scammed are un believable.

So people, lets focus our energy for other project, each one of us did his job to expose that asshole, who ever choose to be in his scam party is someone like him A SCAMMER.

Already seeing the relatitory negs coming in...

PS- Why was the risked about 1 BTC first and then 4 BTC? Hm...

Even the way they have written those feedback is unprofessional. This just shows the same thing again and again - Lydian team is a bunch of lowlife scammers who have been busted and are now retaliating with all their strength.

If the team really had some proofs of their claims then they would have shown that and not been beating around the bush.

@needmoney
I seriously think you and your team need to reconsider your employer and cut the contract. The team seems shady to me and to many other members of the forum. Hate to say this but the proofs are right in front your eyes and you are trying to cover up yourself pretending not to see it. This will only end up in one way - a red paint on your reputation. If you break the contract and stop promoting the scam maybe you might get excused by the DT members.
(I say might because the DT members are strict about scams)

Please dont think that I am trying to personally attack you because I have no issues with you managing the bounty or someone else, but the way you seem to comment does raise suspicion.

Yeah i do have some, but i don't open a scam project every other day to rip off innocent investors. I earn money via hard work and in leisure time i like to earn here by wearning signatures, thats all, no fycking ICOs.

@Atriz how much money you asked from them to manage their bounty> 1 MM?
LMAO. I won't reveal how much I asked but I asked for a fair amount in BTC that is nowhere near 1 mil.

As an old member of the community, I don't like scams too. Unfortunetly there are a lot. Almost every project is scam in a way and we all know it. Either they exist for cash grap or asking for an amount of money they don't need or simple would be unable to deliver product and if they ever did, it wouldn't work. Even the most known projects like Raiden is scam in a way, as they choose to grab the cash, when they can, rather than releasing their work. Please look at your previous "projects" everyone.
Are you kidding me, is this your excuse for working for an scam? "oh yeah everything in life's a scam so it doesn't matter if i work for a scam company", is that what you say to yourself?

Anyway, me and my team are getting paid to run Lydian's bounty campaign. I didn't ask for a proof of 10m presale because I've searched the CEO, found out he is a millionere and that he has succesful companies. There are no news of him going bankruptcy and it seems that his compaines are doing great, "Gravity4 also placed a $350 million unsolicited bid to buy Rocket Fuel Inc., a publicly traded programmatic media-buying platform in May 2015.". So even If its asked, how hard would it be for Gurbaksh Chahal to fake a 10m in a bank account or with a crypto address?
Signed messages can't be faked. I can't believe you didn't ask questions about the ten mil before you got hired. You and your team offer marketing services and you can't even do a simple check on them? Doesn't 10 mil raised sound a bit fishy?

Gurbaksh fired Stan btw.
Thanks for clearing that up.

I will terminate my agreement with Lydian team if you guys can prove it's a scam. Gurbaksh Chahal claims:

Quote
All venture, private equity, and/or instuitional deals that were in a private sale used FIAT as their method as primary currency. And, since the press got all crazy with a friend of mine, who happens to a be a celebrity, we reserve the right for any public figiures and instituations to be known in the private sale. All details will be detailed after post ICO.
Sure, sounds like the words of a scammer. This is quite simply like being a retalior and promoting yourself by saying you've sold an absurd amount of a product, sure the smart people might actually smell something fishy, but the more niaive people may not thinking twice before buying the item, or in this case, investing in Lydian's ICO.

I won't be bullied into trashing the project just because OP didn't get the job and his mates are pushing scam accusation without proofs with their sockpuppet accounts. We give so much effort into reorganizing the bounty as a whole and we agreed to paid weekly so I won't let our efforts to into nothing for baseless claims.
LMAO, when everything goes wrong, just accuse of alts. What can happen. I don't care about what your being paid and big your ego is. What I care about is that you are promoting a SCAM project.

I've read the thread and still couldn't find the proof of scam. Can you point me to it please?
Mate, actually read the emails.

I repeat myself you are a POS for every even thinking about raping innocent girls. Shame on You. Shame on This Forum. Shame on Bitcoin Talk for even having people like this. You don't even know what life is about. Perhaps you need to learn that by risking your life on a raid for a child that was trafficked and the only thing that was standing between you and being shot in the head was 30 seconds.

You can watch this video and see my foundation's work against child sex trafficking.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2_FFLMVrP84
Mate, you don't brag to people or use this to resolve a fight... Rape is horrible, I agree, but when you stop something like this, it's not meant to be bragged about on a forum. That's just wrong...

And, then go dig yourself a hole in the wall, and just bury yourself there. And, realize you truly are a POS.
Fucking beautiful language here from the head of a company that raised 10 mil! I would totally invest.

Team Lydian Scammers!, Feel free to show the desperado email this Litra wannabe ICO  asking me to give him $100k by Tuesday.
FTFY.

Please tell me how is this a proof of scam. I really can't understand you guys. Is this all because artiz couldn't take the management of the campaign?
Stop boosting your ego. I was contacted and was about to take over the bounties before you.

Seriously guys, I'm almost about to get bullied.
Working for a scam ico is getting bullied?

Lets move this back on topic and talk about Lydian, not me.

Mr aTriz, I respect what you did. But I think something have to be done by all this forum manager and moderator which will prevent scam ICO from operating on this forum because most crypto currency scammer are using the ICO and Crowdfunding to scam people which is the reason why the US government advice the US citizen not to participate in any ICO.
Thanks, I'll send a PM to the admins to hopefully make sure they won't get any banner ads on bitcointalk. Yes, crypto is full of scammer.

But your language in the screenshot is not a language of a responsible person. I don't know what has happened to people these days, just few days back we saw someone Altradex CEO barking like shit and now you are behaving like a child.
You can defend yourself but in a polite way will be good.
This is not the way you defend yourself and a professional, polite person would not be using fuck every 5 words. After reading his replies, he clearly seems to have temper issues. You should seek help.

@needmoney I would seriously recommend dropping this bounty, not worth it.

aTriz, I want to understand. You are accusing the project of being a scam and I'm asking if there is a proof of that. I've already stated in my first message that I'm willing to terminate my agreement with any project that is proven scam.

I'm not trying to defend Lydian, I'm not their employee. I'm a contracter. So why am I still trying to have you show a proof? Simply because this accusation without any actual proof clearly shows you are upset with not getting the job and trying to both bully me and the project.

Alright, here it goes.

Here are the proofs that the campaigns you run are scam - they have as much as proof you have on Lydian.

Litra - https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/exposing-litra-coin-scam-2183220

Here are some of the reasons:
The website claims to double your money in 3 months. Furthermore, their profit calculator promises tripled earnings if you wait until May. This is too good to be true.
Malik Murzashev operates 2 very sketchy sites.
The domain is registered to an address in California even though it should be in Kazakhstan
The team has two kids onboard, of whom one has “extensive experience in regards to the requirements of launching massive mines in the CIS”
The CEO claims to have been the CEO of apples.kz, which supposedly served 20k customers yet has only 8 reviews on google.

Oh I could go on. Now may I ask if you are only accusing projects that you didn't come to agreement with?

Why are you trying to brag you got a job and not me? I am not upset about working for a scam project.

You googled "Litra scam" and came up 4th since the first one was an ann, 2nd one a tweet and 3rd an actual good piece about litra.

Oooh, first hit here when you google "Bananacoin scam"

Wow, same here!

Hmmm. Couldn't find this one, so I decided to check this website.
Wow okay, nice website.

I'll google "coinanalysis"

2nd hit, not that bad, right?

Oh no. Second hit was http://coinanalysis.com/, not https://coinanalysis.io, which looks like this

Hm... Wow doesn't look so good aye? Lets check their twitter...

Wow, 50 followers? Doesn't look like a legit website to me. He also gave no proof of accusations in the article.

Now may I ask if you are only accusing projects that you didn't come to agreement with?

Great counter argument from Needmoney, i will see where this thread takes a turn.

As an old member of the community, I don't like scams too. Unfortunetly there are a lot. Almost every project is scam in a way and we all know it. 2- One responds and say ..ok man let's do it on public.
3- You chicken out and kept begging to stop the public embarrassment .
4- If that is not a scam I am wondering what is a scam? You are waiting someone to lose money?
5- Hold on as you claim you can deliver something...You also raising to get same money from others!

Listen you have a good reputation, save yourself and your team! You worked hard for it...Don't lose it because of Chahal and this scam he is running.

Gurbaksh fired Stan btw.

Here is your proof https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/lydian-gravity4-gurbasksh-chahal-the-scammers-2400827

Go a head contact Litra team : [email protected] they will forward the email chain to you ..Plus you have 168 ICOs emails to verify that you should delete anything you did for these scammers! No just withdrawal.

I've read the thread and still couldn't find the proof of scam. Can you point me to it please?

Send me your email address, I will let Litra email you since you can't and don't want to reach to them!

Seriously guys, I'm almost about to get bullied.

Ok, please don't mix the situation, we are not taLking about atriz here, we are just talking about Chahal the scammer.
Sorry for the confusion..

And, then go dig yourself a hole in the wall, and just bury yourself there. And, realize you truly are a POS.

Because I want it open for the world to see the trolls.

Bitcointalk is a lot more open then a Telegram chat with you as the admin! Tongue

That is correct.

I have talked with the Stan T account on Telegram today and sent an email as well. Waiting for a reply as to this "extortion" and waiting for verification of funds.

Where you invited to a secret chat or group chat BTW?

Stan had messaged me on this forum and gave me his telegram name. We had a chat where he also offered me to take over their bounty campaign. I decided to decline the offer for my own reasons.

Also joined the telegram chat mentioned above asking for proof of the extortion attempt by you and proof of funds. All i got was heckled by the CEO and someone else so I decided the claims are false against you and the ICO is likely a scam. They don't wanna answer anything , just call everyone trolls.  Account tagged
I am impressed that BitcoinTalk has a mechanism to checkmate scam ICOs. The report of two seasoned ICO managers is a good testimony to this fact. I just discovered this forum and will always check here before joining to promote an ICO. Best regards,

Hey Bud!
Stan T is a scammer!
As far as i know he is using the Lydian group and promoting his own coin, I don't like such people.
I will suggest you to not get involved in any of the project that is created by them or endorsed by them.
can you let us know which is the BCT account of that guy here?
https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/bitcafe-1282015  this is the account I was contacted on.

Just had another conversation with this Stan T guy and apparently he thinks since I ask for payment up front when I manage a campaign that I'm a scammer. He says " I have you", LMAO.

Also if you don't have a linkedin profile you are noone, or if you didn't drop out of school and make millions you are noone. Best to just stay away from this for now guys.
wait a min.
he took me to eBTG admin Channel.
Do he took to you there also??

Then a guy named Waynes started talking to me, and he was upfront to pay me then started calling me a scammer and shut me from the group.
I first thought that Chahal would not be involved in this scammy shit.
But guess what? he is too involved in this.
I will suggest everyone to stay away from this project.
i am pretty sure Yahoo and atriz were also dragged by that Stan guy to some eBTG project.

@yahoo why not to tag their thread and account? https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/ann-erc20-free-airdrops-ebtg-ethereum-bitcoin-gold-round-1-2268158
I am only tagging the accounts associated with LYdian since I know they're connected.
To shut this scam why not Tad/Warn the guy who is allowing this scam project to propagate here?

Announcer: needMoney ( https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/needmoney-86907 ) He can announce anything for some money, i remember he helped Alex Kampa to announce his scammy project called autoria.

ANN: https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/needmoney-86907
Bounty: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/bounty-1-million-bounty-pre-sale-begins-lydiancoin-intelligent-marketing-2376873

If he closes the above two threads then it can be helpful move from his side to shut the scam.

i am pretty sure Yahoo and atriz were also dragged by that Stan guy to some eBTG project.

@yahoo why not to tag their thread and account? https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/ann-erc20-free-airdrops-ebtg-ethereum-bitcoin-gold-round-1-2268158

There is only one way for this to go away :

Then fix this for once and for all (and to stop his 'trolling'), sign a message from a BTC address containing at least 1 million dollars worth of BTC. (or ETH)

Unban me from the telegram chat so I can actually ask questions.

How can you prove you've raised 10 mil from private investors? Sign a message from a btc or eth address with at least 1 Mil worth of funds or it's quite obvious that you haven't raised 10 mil. Also, who is Stan Tudor? Is he part of your team?

I dont think they are scam, i feel that atriz was there with some STan and his group. Stan and the ICO that they are running is a pure scam not the Lydian.
The whole topic is messed right now, I would like to hear from the CEO himself about this.

Yeah, their CEO is legit, but I was talking to someone called Stan Tudor, I can't find him anywhere on the website which is super suspicious.

the strangest thing is when I looked through several links to linkedin
and did not find any information that the looked team members are really in the Lydian
Stan might be copying Lydian as I can't find him anywhere also.

Did they really raised 10 mil?
They haven't proved that they even own 1 mil worth of funds so I really doubt they have raised 10 million.

Can theymos block them from buying banner ads?

I wouldn't count on it. Most certainly not until they are proven to be scammers. Its shady how they haven't gotten to answering your raised question about the 10M raised.

This isn't true. theymos will regularly turn down even bids of services he doesn't really like the look of or cannot be sure they're not legit. Maybe it's best contacting him about it.

Oh, never knew that. My bad here. I hope that theymos most certainly won't accept any of their offers/bids.

Assuming this is the same, Lydian have also been spamming people's email addresses advertising their crap. They obviously bought a mailing list from one of the many crypto-related forum leaks (almost certainly this forum's hacked database). Sadly, this seems to be a common practice from these scumbag money-grabbing ICOs these days.

Also found out that they have started bidding for ad space on the forum.

Sorry made a mistake 9 slots @ 0.3 BTC

They seem a bit suspicious at least and are we going to let them advertise here? Can theymos block them from buying banner ads?

If you know English you can go to the website and it actually tells you the $10 million was done through a "private-sale" like many other ICOs.

Grow up and stop trolling!!

Eth is fine also.

If you are part of this extortionist group. All we can say is either Karma or the authorities will get you too!

After just doing a little bit of research on your account here's just a handful of scams found that you have a history of doing. Before you say the word "scam" again, look at yourself in the mirror.
~~

Are you retarded or just braindead? This is trust ratings that aTriz LEFT, not received!

EDIT: why did you give a trust rating to a newbie with 1 post? Just out of curiosity...   Tongue

Shit I got exposed.  I work alongside Lauda and aTriz.

(Plz note the sarcasm in that)

Also, as far as I know, Lauda has been 'sued' at least 20 times, though I'll be more than happy to go to court. Let us know where and when!   Grin

EDIT: @Lauda, am I jumping on the bandwagon again?

Okay? Does that mean I can run an ico, say I raised 50 mil and advertise it everywhere? I've seen your Facebook ads with 10 mil raised and everyone commenting there is questioning your project.

Nice negative feedback you gave me. I asked for one week upfront payment and if you have funds to do other advertising. You said only tokens is avaliable. I then said that it would be nice to see if you actually raised 10 mil. My question was avoided and I eventually didn't take your offer.

I find it immensely hilarious you've attacked me instead of addressing any claims. Provide proof of this 10 mil you've raised.

It's ironic I'm being called an extortionist. I merely asked for payment in btc and since you said it wasn't avaliable so I didn't take the job. By rejecting your offer am I being an extortionist ? Now you should be addressing the claims that's I've raised towards you. Where is this 10 mil?Huh

PS- I simpled asked where the 10 mil was in the chat and then I was kicked and messages removed. How is that is indecent content? You should have addressed my claims of where the 10 mil went instead of banning me.

Instead of attacking me you should address these claims and prove your innocence.

Perhaps if you weren't a troll, you would know that the material written in Forbes is wrong and fake news media. Our CEO went on record to let the reporters, Forbes, and the CEO of Fobes knows he will take legal action. https://twitter.com/gchahal/status/927455427918430208

Before you start using the word "scam" be very careful. I know big words like libel and defamation might be new to you, but there are laws that protect people from extortionists like you.

And, also if the CEO is so "shady" why were you begging for a job and then made a payment demand for these tactics?

He dropped out of high school at 16, sold his first company for $40 million, 3 months after he turned 18. Started his second company at 21, sold BlueLithium to Yahoo for $300 million. Started RadiumOne where he has 11 patents for developing ShareGraph by the USPTO. Has been honored to be on Oprah and has met various heads of states. Has an honorary doctorate degree at 27 from Pace University. Named Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young. Now at 35, the Founder of Gravity4 abd, truly believes in his mission of my own non-profit www.chahalfoundation.org

Now ask yourself, how many lifetimes would it take the average entrepreneur to do all that?

This is completely inaccurate. You were banned from the chat room because of indecent content and false claims you alleged. You made a payment demand to us otherwise tactics like this would happen from your group. We will not deal with extortionists. And if you have anything directly to say, you can openly talk to our CEO on Twitter.com/GChahal and see how he responds with your extortionist tactics. Stop hiding behind a username. Behavior like this is not just wrong, unethical, but illegal.

What happened::
I was contacted by an ICO called Lydian to be their bounty manager, they had some issues. I was contacted via telegram and instantly invited into a secret chat, which was a bit fishy since the chat logs would self-destruct after one day. Guess this was to prevent them from getting exposed.

So after being invited to a group chat (of which I was later kicked), we talked about the project and I took 30 minutes to take a look at their website. I instantly saw that they had supposed raised 10 MIl in 72 hours of the pre-sale. So of course after seeing that number, one would expect that they would have a pretty nice budget for marketing and all. So asked a couple of questions regarding my payment and if they wanted to buy some adspace over the forum. They said they couldn't do anything in BTC and then proceded to avoid my questions of "where did the 10 mil go".

So I decide to not take this offer and then was blocked by the person who I was having the secret chat with and I was told to leave all lydian's telegram groups, including their public one.

ALSO- https://www.forbes.com/sites/laurashin/2017/09/25/as-founder-faces-possible-jail-time-an-inside-look-at-lydiancoin-paris-hilton-endorsed-cryptocurrency/#61ecfee97cca
