It is strange to see this, of course, but it seems to me that there are a lot of such centralized exchanges already and they are likely to be unpaired, because in the near future we will see the growth of normal decentralized exchanges.

They put a stake on the regulations.

While the other exchanges developing in the Wild West style.

They decided to spend all their money on obtaining different licenses.

Is it win strategy? Who knows... Let us see ))

Looking at this one right now.
Cant find how much did they manage to raise in ICO?

like the idea of credit card together with exchange but it is not going to happen. To get wallet with credit card running alone is a huge tasks and ICOs designated to this are not fully operational yet.

But if they will have a god interface and a lot of tokens, the token could be a good investment.

I've visited the Lykke site once but I didn't understand the colored coins system. If anyone could explain to me how Lykke works like I am 5...

Colored coins are actually coins that use bitcoin blockchain than create their own. Is like ERC20 on ethereum.
Lykke now https://trello.com/b/IV0PH2gs/lykke-roadmap
Based on this road map will have a more "to the people" approach that other exchanges.
Is like TenX and Monaco , plus poloniex and plus plus all together.
At the moment are in the middle of their upgrade and have a lot of tech problems btw.

Hey, that's not a bad idea, I just don't like the name colored coins. The benefit of trading on centralized exchanges is that it's much faster than trading on the blockchain. The problem with centralized exchanges is that you can't verify their internal transactions. If you could use a fast blockchain ledger specialized for transaction throughput for internal transaction on the exchange you'd have the best of both worlds.

I believe it is going to be a great idea.

A lot of new users who heard about bitcoin at news and other media platforms are searching for ways to trade altcoins( they want to get rich, and they think that they can do it from finding the new "bitcoin").

In a result, old exchanges such Krarken,Binance, Poloniex,Bittrex are starting to close registrations because they don't want their systems to get flooded with users( their systems are not ready for large amount of users).
So newcomers are searching for new exchanges to trade it.
I guess that Lykke hasn't earn any reputation yet, but if they will, it's going to be an huge ROI.

Lykke is a good exchange and has good team and road map, is delayed dramatically from legals because Lykke is going 100% by the law.
If I wasn't invest to DIWtoken I would invest to likke, its price now is very very low and probably in one or two months period will double or triple at least.

I like Lykke, is a good exchange with zero fees until now. They change their model at the moment in order to support many coins and ICOs. I have already bought LKK and I wait for the big hype of it to cash out, or hold. I think is very very undervalued and once the new platform is ready and everything its price will have huge hype.
I would buy more LKK but I bought DIW which is more promising at the moment.

I think this exchange is the best option, if at the right moment, when the price difference between exchanges is minimal, you need to quickly buy a crypto currency for a small amount - from $ 10 to $ 1000.  If the price difference on a particular day is large, for example 5% or higher, the exchange is well suited for arbitration.

I want to listen to your opinion about Lykke Exchange.
Lykke is a mobile exchange app that is going soon to support a big list of coins and ICOs , plus is going to release a credit card and web interface for traders.
Its share now is about ~20cent , 50% lower than it's higher price, what do you this, is a good time to buy more LKK shares or >??

I have come come across a lot of exchanges, but not this one. Seems to be new on the block. I think it will be safe to do some research before embarking on any trade.

i noticed many red flags about this project despite the team is very serious and experienced.

* they own 80% of the total supply.
*their support is not reagent and requests are pending at least 1 week.
* it's not easy to withraw your tokens.
*only phone wallet.

Based on my latest info about it is a probably a good investment especially now. They going soon to list a ton of ICOs and Coins. They have a good mobile app and have in plan to release a web trading platform and credit card like tenx.
I would invest to it but I invested to DIWtoken at the moment which is at pre ico state and I feel like is a winning ICO for sure.

I have a good experience using Lykke wallet.

When I just started buying my first crypto assets I have tryed do this with bestchange.ru and exmo. But the commision was about 6%. Then I have tryed Lykke wallet which have no commission but the price for bitcoin in Lykke was about 2% higher than on market. So I decided to use Lykke because of less loss on buying BTC and ETH. And I still using Lykke.

6 month using Lykke I can say that there is still not so much lequidity and sometimes the price for ETH changes much slower than on the market

If its tokens are based off the BTC blockchain, then that would be a dealbreaker for me. BTC is slow and outdated; ERC or Waves would be a better choice.

But, if that isn't the case, then Lykke might be a decent buy. Its market cap is low and they have a working (with bugs) product. I'll probably skip this one but it's not a terrible buy.

They do some offchain transactions , they have some different approach to the thing.
Btw are developing an open source of Hashgraph in order to make everything decentralized and instant. I know this because I saw a video when developers of lykke were speaking about the future of lykke.

Currently their token is -88% from the ICO price. If it managed to drop in price like that there must be some serious issues with them. I would be very careful with using their exchange.

It seems either new or just unpopular. The most popular coin is BTC and it have only 500k daily volume, which is pretty low. The second popular coin on the whole exchange is Solar coin and the exchange have a bit over 1,5% of the coin's daily volume. With the other coins the situation is the same. it seems to be hard to find an honest review about the exchange. The only advantage that I can find is that it could take less time to recieve restond on your ticket or get your account verified (which is pretty attractive with all recent issues).
