I consider my FIAT a digital currency due to the discrete denominations. Smiley

Digital currency is like Bitcoin, virtual currency is currency from large game economies such as World of Warcraft or EVE Online.

never knew the difference, thanks for clearing this up.
I've always interchanged the terms when I meet people on the street.

Hey everyone!

Been lurking for a while, now I'm finally registered Smiley

These forums have helped me out a lot for the past months. I am currently developing a currency exchange both for digital currency and virtual currency which will launch in January. I'm also going to the EU conference next month, can't wait! Cheesy

What is your differentiation between virtual and digital currency?
