I agreed to start with small amounts, until a bond of trust is established and I can supply more.
I said to provide 0.074
BTC and he said he'll pay instantly on Paypal, and he asked me to pay first and that I should check his Trust Status.
I went on there and read some 4 or 5 positive reps and felt safe to trade with him/her, and I sent the transaction to the address he/she supplied, and that was verified instantly on BlockChain from here:

BTCTools -- disappeared right after I sent him the coins, and I kept PMing him/her for hours, then he/she got back to me after a long while and apologized and said the electricity went down in their area, and he/she asked to send him a Paypal Payment request to this email:

I bet he/she was looking for someone else to scam.
