Only about 4.5 hours remaining to close this month's candle, and it would need to be $58,789.96 to be in the green for this month.. so we have a wee bit of distance to cover in then next few hours to have a chance at a green monthly candle for this month. Actually, it may be a little better to NOT have a green candle this month, because that would thereby provide a sign that we are NOT overheated in order that we can pursue another 4-6 or so green monthly candles starting in May.. hahahaha

Talking of time, my buddy dying does not free space now, as he and his wife lived in quite a small house so she has no real reason to move. However if she might find someone else in a couple of years and start to live together again, that will free some space (in time).

I suspect that as the vaccines roll out there will be ample housing. And likely a huge shortage of wheelchairs.
