if you're diversified enough it's not that stressful. It's still sad if one investment loses 99% of it's value, however if your portfolio is enough diversified that wouldn't be that big of a hit.

I don’t trade or trade with small risks. The cause of this stress is important to identify. If it’s psychological, then you can work on it by taking slow steps. For instance, if you are doubtful regarding your trading strategy, then you can backtest it and trade it with a minimum risk. This will boost your confidence and help you trade better. In case, it’s just you’re bored, then you deserve a break. Trade tomorrow with a fresh mind.

I am not a full time trader but if I decide to trade and feeling stressed or overwhelmed, the best way to cope is not to trade at all cos I come to find out that doing things under stress and trading inclusive doesn't always end well for me

In the past, I felt like I was a part of the mafia, and I'd sit in front of the computer with a blunt and trade. But I used marijuana only for medical purposes, I swear. Now I use this page https://joyorganics.com/pages/new-orleans-la to get CBD oil and cope with anxiety and stress, so I don't feel so cool while trading, but I feel way better because I don't have a clouded mind.

Yeah, what is on my mind is that data center, eating bitcoin payrolls and spend it, (Buy example New PS5 and New TV for it). Invest, corporate large profits like Latinos on America stock markets and save for bad day.

The volatility of cryptocurrencies is too great, and the most reliable way to trade is to close the leverage or contract on the same day. Do not invest 100% of the spot.

i paused for a week or 2? that would ease my stress while focusing in enjoyable things that i missed while trading.
That's too long but if it's for the better, that's fine.

I'm stressed today and I've just taken some cold drink to take and fill my stress. I don't know what's happening to me lately as I cannot focused with things that I do.

Everyone who trades crypto must be stressed, so am I. Crypto prices are volatile and difficult to predict always stress me out, but I have my own
way of dealing with the stress I experience. Usually I stop trading for a few days and do what I like. Like watching movies or playing gambling,
the way I do it can make me come back refreshed and ready to trade again.

Yes, I am facing pressure from frequent trading, especially using leveraged trading tools. The pressure has increased in recent months. Many times I only have a few hours of short sleep at night. At present, drinking a lot of nutrients and maintaining muscle training is the best way for me to relieve stress.

I focus on getting other assignments done throughout my day.  And I try not to worry so much if the market hits a temporary low.

And as weird and strange as it may sound, I can have a sense of peace with having to deal with the stress of trading.

I wonder what you mean by "if you don't have an outlet".
.....

What I mean is if you don't have a way to let out all the stress.
....

Oh,ok. I asked that because I didn't think reenacting the scene from the The Shining would be a pleasant experience for anyone considering what I read about the movie before asking the question. It's actually important we relieve the stress as much as possible but only through the right ways which I believe anyone can do.

Thank you for your advice, I'll probably take it easy on trading and do something else instead. Day trading is far from the easiest thing and you need to constantly analyze graphs and constantly follow their movements. Not really my thing anymore. Smiley
Besides using daily trading, you can try weekly trading. But the good methods can be bought when the price is down and sell when the price increases. You can use TabTrader and set the alarm for the price you want to buy or sell so when the price hit the target price, you can back to the exchange and do something. This is another method I used to trade so I do not have to watch the exchange every day. I only need to open my TabTrader to see if the price is moving or it needs more time.

I may transform into an investor xD
You will be soon.

As an investor, it's easier and you do less effort with your investments. You only need to look into the market just to check how's your investment doing.

Note that you're dealing with it in the longer run.

Divert your attention. Spend some money in real life and go out for a picnic, party or anything that interests you but stay away from trading for few days. Movies or even games can help you reduce the stress..

@OP, stop using unnecessary bolded words and colour for your text unless its really important to highlight.

Doing trading for 24/7 will make you sick and stressful for sure, so limit your trading activities and avoid too much of trading because you feel the stress only if the things are mot going in your way.

Apologies my friend, I did not mean to bother anyone with my formatting, just thought it looks pretty that's all, my bad!

As for trading, I tend to overdo it, which is why I need to stop. I don't believe I'm built for the trading life
No one can hendle the stress if they look at the screen all the time that is why limiting us is much needed and also day traders are not actually making huge money in long term so try to become long term trader so you will have less work load and more profits.

I wonder what you mean by "if you don't have an outlet".
Anyway, In my opinion, if you don't want to be in that kind of emotional situation just plan your trades, have a trading strategy and automate your trades so you don't have to be glued to price & be controlled by emotions. You probably could reserve some funds in stuff like stablecoin/fiat to do this. You use parts of the reserve to buy whenever there is significant dip then hope to be in profits when price goes up.        If you can't do this, you could aswell use a price alert app to alert you whenever price goes below certain level so that you can buy some. I'd advise you do this with amount of money you can afford to risk/lose.
