Self-Custody is a right. Say no to"Non-custodial"
Bitcoin held up pretty well today in the face of massive stock market declines. This especially impressive when you consider the big spike we just had. I still believe we’re going to trend upward and close the gap between the recent high and current price, but traditional markets probably need to halt their collapse first.
Really, I thought we would be replacing them.

These kinds of matters tend to take time... not guaranteed to take time though

Btc is back to sideways but at the 28.3k slot rather than the 26.5 slot.

Who's going to complain about that?

Anyone?

Anyone?

I would think that at least a certain quantity of BTC holdings would be necessary.. more than $10 worth?.. $10.. would be right around 0.003 BTC at today's prices, and maybe by 2028/2029  $10 worth of bitcoin might be anywhere between 0.0001 to 0.00001.. .that is $100k to $1million.
$10 is more like .0003 BTC at today's prices

Whooops!!!!

Not going to lie.  Sometimes I mess up my maths.

I think that you are referring to psychology, right?
Yeah.. A typo error, Most of the time I really take care of it, but sometimes especially when typing on a smartphone it's hard to deal with.
so you are admitting that your fingers are fat?
Its ok both of you have fat fingers, probably poor grammar too but no one is counting....right?!?

 Grin Grin

I am not counting.

Except when I am.

And, I prefer to point my fingers at others rather than my lil selfie, when possible.

What other errors would you like me to make?

Perhaps the thing about errors with numbers is that they usually would not be intended, unless they were purposefully meant to inspire discussion... or mislead...

I suppose similar things could be said about grammar, and so as I type this, it becomes difficult to know where I might want to go with this... except to perhaps suggest that many times grammar mistakes might not be on purpose, but sometimes when grammar mistakes are on purpuse, there might be some attempts at funzies, or "artistic" liberties.

Haha, you're doing great, buddy!  Grin Don't worry about it; fat figures vs. poor grammar isn't a big deal. I totally understand that English might not be your native language, but you're doing pretty well, with just a few typos here and there. Keep up the good work!  Wink

Depending on the context, sometimes fat fingers contribute to others making a lot of money.

I recall somewhere around late 2016, and Gemini was a new exchange, and they had a fat finger sell (or was it buy?), but anyhow I had several orders that got filled, and they reversed almost all of those orders..  Even though I had not made a lot of money from the situation, I did make some money from that (until they reversed it), so that really sucked.

Far, Far, Far Right Thug

Sad to hear.

The Rocky movies are still amongst my favourites.
I even find Rocky 5 watchable due to the great Paulie & Mickey scenes.

I was a bit disappointed in the Rocky 4 Rocky vs Drago director's cut. I expected more.
It seemed to remove a lot of pivotal scenes between Rocky and Creed for no reason.  Huh
Thought there was an opportunity to improve the original soundtrack and remove some of the synth stuff and restore Bill Conti's much better music approach but keep the awesome Hearts on Fire song at the end.
Recycling Eye Of The Tiger at that point seemed weird.
It also had the same run time as the original Rocky 4 which is just too short for a Rocky movie at 90 mins.

Creed 1 was decent. Creed 2 sucked ass - the criminals training in the desert thing seemed completely un-Rocky-esque, absolutely imbecilic. Creed 3 I didn't bother with.

Did anyone saw that spike of 29.3k$ ?

It just went up 1k and came down within an hour.

I haven't saw that spike myself because it was a really fast one but it caused some momentum in the market and that's very important for us. Ah, no matter if it was because of a fake news but still the Bitcoin's price got higher and it's currently higher than it used to be. I was expecting that we'll soon see Bitcoin at $28k or above levels and now it's already trading at a price that's higher than $26k, so yeah its price is being appreciated each day. Who knows that if it's the first glance of the next bull run that we all are expecting eagerly to take place during or after 2024's halving event. Let's see how high we will see the value of Bitcoin in upcoming days and if it goes above $30k then that will be a really great sign for us.

Its ok if we were not able to see that spike. The good thing is Bitcoin is trading above 28k for last 2 or 3 days. Seems very likely that price may push forward and touches 30k. But real test will be whether it can break 30k resistance or once again fall back. I am optimistic it will go beyond that this time.

Pardon me, at times I am too late in reply.

As we get older in life we tend to start to narrowing down our focus on only a handful of things. To me, Bitcoin and everything associated with it will be one of my main priorities and I want to make sure I am as educated with the core fundamentals as possible, as not to be left behind.

5/10/20 years from now, the landscape will be different, but I have always preached the following, If you understand the core fundamentals, doesn't matter what they develop/invent or create, you will understand it!

Blame @philipma1957 for the mempool congestion! He should have fired up those rigs months ago! Grin

It may be because as we grow older we get more mature and try to master some specific areas rather then being Jack of all trades, master of none.
Bitcoin is not just about getting a wallet and buying/selling Bitcoins. There are so many things that together make up the Bitcoin i.e. SHA256 to ECDSA, LN and more. Its a kind of sea of technology that makes it an ideal place for tech savvy person.
