Well hello there!
It is the end of May...

Based on the Dividend account, it appears a 1s dividend is "in the hopper", likely delayed because of Cryptostock's wallet issues (ATM, many delayed dividends)
And, Next divided is only a day or so away, likely on Monday.... (Wallet issues pending)
1.8 BTC in the HW Fund

Impatient & uninformed shareholders crushing the bid, probably to sell their BTC near $600....

And informative update would be appreciated.
thanks

Thank you!

Looks good!
Now it is important to let the price grow.
Perhaps the mining hardware fund can be used to purchase more hardware?
Then it allows the dividend payments on more timely manner.
Bitcoin is gaining some value.

One good coin to mine might be Monero, if you are using CPU.
The hardware fund should be used for buying new hardware always as soon as it is possible. The FAS needs markets and it gets it when there is constant and increasing dividend flow.
When the markets for FAS share are back, then might be good idea to little more new shares but first it should rise like 3 or even 4.  Grin

It is crucial now for the FAS share to mine the most profitable coins and dump them instantly and pay dividends.
I hope you have your miners now running with full speed.

Seems the FAS share market is dying because not paid dividends enough.
It is better for some time just mine and pay dividends before new share issues because seems the share issues makes the dividends coming less regularly. There is always the separate fund for new miners - this is excellent tool for using buying new hardware for some time. Now just the market of this share should stabilize/rise back to 3 or even 4.

also keep in mind that Bitcoin block rewards will drop in September. It will be interesteing to see how that effects the market.  I suspect there will be new SHA based mining opportunities....

What year do you think this is?

Ahhh... great!  I thought it was coming in Sept of 2014.  Looks like the clock says Aug 2016.

I hope the new miners will increase the dividend income.
I have noticed the altcoin markets are bearish because bitcoin is bearish too. However, it is expected that Bitcoin will make new ATHs later this year (minimum 3000 USD and maximum 7000 USD).

yes...still mining...
dividends payments are a reflection of the market...
Lately there was a massive amount of cheap hash dumped on the market.....
I can only buy more hash power as the hardware account fills up....
I will be adding 10 gridseed miner in about a week...

fasbit, is this also yours, or are they using the same name?
https://cryptostocks.com/securities/84

what is this?

Seems so, because in FAS announcement there is a reference to FASBIT...

The Sirix platform looks slick and I have hunch that gamblers will just love the "trading on margin" feature.
So I'm gonna keep an eye on this project.

Just to be clear, fasbit info page wants to sounds like they have "contracted" the exchange platform developers to include crypto,
but fact is they already enabled BTC for their customers according to press releases Dec 2013 (google "sirix bitcoin").
So this is certainly not exclusive to fasbit.

What's the time scale for launch?
I assume Leverate is doing the hosting and support? What are the monthly costs?
Considering that you are going to act as a forex as well, are there any regulations that apply to fasbit and have consulted someone about this?
What experience does fasbit or any fasbit employee have in the finance sector?
Do you already have a formal relationship with a bank or several banks that are willing to work with you as a forex/cryptex?
What is your marketing plan?

I'm willing to investigate, because the promise of margin trading is a huge thing (because even I am tempted to try this as soon as I can).
But I just need a bit more reassurance that fasbit can pull this off.

Running an exchange is an immensely more complex endeavor than running a mining farm.  Wink

Right you are on most everything in your post...
1. "contracted" = setting up exchange with exotic pairs.. Example:  Russian Rubles <> LTC  anything that is not on the normal FOREX is considered an exotic and requires special set up and cost.  Just like when a new crypto-coin is launched.  the existing exchanges have to set it up.
2. Time scale.  I can pull the trigger on -dev team and launch within 3 weeks of final payment.  I put $1000 downpayment out of pocket to lock in a price.  The software portion of the IPO is $20,000 USD.
3. FOREX.  Yes. That is why the company selling the shares and conducting the business is located in Cayman Islands and not US.  The US rules are crazy.
4. Fasbit experience in FOREX > I personally have 8 years forex trading experience, 3 of those full time.  The Sirix team will fill in the gaps.  I get lots of training on the implementation side.
5. Banking.  Yes.
6. Marketing.  In the works and will take some time.
6. Complexity.  The good thing here is Leverate really does all of the heavy lifting.  100% hosted servers in UK and server mgmt.  The fasbit side is mostly marketing, AML and CYK compliance, and cash mgmt.  Leverate doesn't handle any money.

If you want this to happen...join in and help me get it off the ground.  This is community owned.  100% transparent project.  I have to raise 50 BTC to get the software guys rolling.

What happened in the FAS stock on cryptostocks, the public shares suddenly increased by exactly 3 000 000 shares and i can't see that there has been any 3 000 000+ shares sold at 0.000003 recently ?

I sold 7,000,000 shares in a private offering for .000001 (original IPO price),  The buyers paid 1 BTC for each 1,000,000.  I in turn purchased more hardware.  The buyers as part of their agreement have agreed to withhold selling shares for 120 days to allow the price to rise and stabilize.
