Just scanned the official Litecoin client and got the same false positive.
Miners were often used inside other apps and the report says its a miner.
Yes: its a miner. We are here at Bitcointalk.
Use the sourcecode and compile it on your machine if you want.
Send the file for an analysis to a laboratory there is no virus inside.
I checked it again with Kaspersky and Avira and you can check it by your own its just a false positive.

To be honest, the featureless copy coin is definitely dying.
Don't waste your time on it.
Do something else.

Does USD or Euro have new features? Can one be described as a copy of other?

We need to start from the root, of what a currency really is, what is the need of a currency. Currency is just a tool used for exchange. If it is so, then MAC does the job. We need to treat it as a currency, not a feature rich software
