Seems like a lot of Bit-x users got banned , even Marcotheminer got banned .
mm , I guess I won't get unbanned , or use Bitcointalk for the next couple of weeks , I should live with it .
Here is BadBear's answer  (wanted to share it for people with the same situation as me )

ty for the answer BadBear Wink

you can still use the forum when you are banned, you just can't post or send PMs. You can read what is being discussed.

Anyone of you have a direct contact with BadBear here please ? Skype or ICQ or facebook or whatever , can tell him to check my situation ? thanks .
I understand to have the entire meta board on his watch list. I would not doubt that he has already seen this thread. I would doubt that he will actually respond unless you bring up a good point as to why you think you should be unbanned.

I don't know mate , I will do whatever it takes to get unabanned to be honest , also won't be doing what I did since I know it's wrong now.
Also , I asked another question which I said I have a brother (Marcotheminer who have the Bit-x sig compaign knows about it since a month ago) , My brother  was supposed to start enrolling with the new rules of Bit-x which starts this week , but now he is not posting because of me (we use same PC ) , was wondering if when he posts it will be considered as Ban evasion and he gets banned too ? or not .
the issue with your brother will probably need to be addressed by badbear (I am assuming that your brother lives with you, if this is not the case then he can most likely post away). Unless you can provide some valid reason why you think you should be unbanned then I would put the chances of getting your ban lifted are slim to none. I don't think I have seen any bans get lifted just because someone asked nicely.

Yea he lives me , actually all the whole family . I'am still on High school  Undecided
Anyway I guess I will just for BadBear and see how things goes . Thanks Quickseller Wink

I have question to the guys that have been banned, did you have any kind of warning? I mean did you get more than 1 post deleted before the ban or was it just out of the blue ban? Thanks just trying to understand this because i believe there should at least be some kind of warning before banning or how else do you know your posting badly in the eyes of the mods.
I think the temporary ban is the warning. I would say if the insubstantial posts were to continue then he could eventually get a perm ban (likely after getting more, but more severe warnings)

Nah not really ,
I posted the morning , went to revise my lessons , watch some TV , came back found the account banned and no messages that posts got deleted .

Nah not really?

Did you ever have messages deleted by the mods?

EDIT: I am talking weeks in advance from the ban.
The reason why posts are deleted is because they are off topic (this is going to be the primary reason behind deleted posts related to a instubstantial signature spam ban) however the problem is not that he was making a lot of off topic posts but that the posts has little/no quality content.

Thank you for your information on this topic Quickseller, i do like to be informed as much as possible and then hopefully i can keep my posts within the range of above acceptable and avoid any possible bans. 14days for first time ban that is a warning and a half lol

You don't need to trust whoever that is going to have a deal with you because we have some reputable escrow on this forum, as for the gift cards thing, im not really familiar with either starbucks or amazon gift cards.

How can I be sure that the person who is the escrow hasn't sold his account? The person will say that I need money and so I sold my account and his gain will lead to so many people losing their hard earned money.

That's what I'm trying to say that one wrong act of selling/buying accounts leads to so many wrongs here.

You can ask a signed message from a "public" bitcoin address or if you want another  check also the pgp signed message.

Scams aren't moderated here and there is sometimes a legal grey area on certain things though we do usually remove stuff that are universally illegal (though you must remember sometimes something is legal in other places and not in others and sometimes something is not actually illegal just frowned upon and for othertimes it is hard to definitively tell (Starbucks cards may be obtained illegally but they also may not and we usually don't have proof either way). Also, what Hero member account are you talking about? It is quite rare that an account is bought to scam or at least that they're successful in it, but people should still use escrow and not just trust a random account because it has a little bit of trust.

I am talking about this hero account: https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/krishatnet-143543

The user told me that he sold his account and the buyer turned out to be a scammer. Check this thread: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/scammed-by-a-hero-member-krishatnet-936429

Buying or selling accounts anywhere in the world is still termed as fraud. Amazon accounts are being sold here which is illegal in the eyes of Amazon and selling any account is illegal everywhere else people will start misusing the website by owning multiple accounts.

Is having more than one account on Bitcointalk forum allowed? If not then how can one bitcointalk member buy another account.

Sorry but what's wrong is wrong. What's illegal in one place is considered illegal. It's money laundering to buy and sell fraudulent cards and I can in no way support that. It's a crime.

selling or buying an account is allowed here, although i might agree with you that some people aim a green trust account for some purposes, it could be for a good purposes or it could be for a scam attempt, and as for the fraudulent goods, i think there is no way to identify that it is obtained via a fraudulent wa

That's the major reason I don't trust any member out here even if they say they have 1000+ trust. This is illegal as one can create a new account here without any need to buy a "ready made" account. That's not a tough job to create a new account buy "buying or selling accounts" is definitely illegal without any second thoughts.

There is definitely a way to find if a gift card is fraudulent as people say that a "card" will expire in few days especially Starbucks cards. The cards have no expiry date and saying that they will expire proves that the card is bought using illegal methods.

Usually the ban is the first warning. I sometimes PM users giving a friendly warning but can't do it for everyone as it's very time consuming and sometimes they don't listen anyway. Though it may seem harsh I think the best course it to learn from it and put more effort into making relevant posts on their return.

I am first time going to praise the MODs for this action as I used to always feel that the forum is not being moderated due to the amount of spam/scam taking place here.

It's a request to even check the Digital Goods section where people are openly selling fraudulent goods, Amazon accounts and even their bitcointalk account. It's illegal and such topics shouldn't be created. I have recently witnessed a case wherein a Hero Member with positive trust sold his account and the buyer was a fraud who went to scam another person who sold him a product just because of his stats.
