Issue was resolved as soon as support member came online. He was very helpfull and processed my payment immediatelly. Still the best service arround.

Nothing strange. We are not ready to buy now DASH (we have more than enough), and we need bitcoin. As soon as the situation changes, the rate will return from 20% to 2-3%

If someone would want to use your service to launder dirty money, then in theory, all he need to do is access your service everyday using new IP/device and never create an account.
Or I am missing something?
