If you traded before on another exchanges, it will be easy. The only new thing for me was the Google Authenticator which is needed to withdraw the funds. You need to get yourself comfortable with this thing in order to withdraw anything.

It can also be traded on etherdelta but the ETH network is so slow trading there would be a pain, and if you would like to trade on coinbene it would be the same issue as it was the ETH that is having a problem.
