What do you guys prefer for cryptocurrencies? Android or ios. I personally like Android more.

So these are pretty much the top 10.

And the results are pretty sad, seems only Dogecoin and GetGems are doing well and are clearly more aimed towards mainstream participation. The latter has been out this year and already beating Litecoin in adoption. Litecoins Android wallet hasnt been updated for a year.

Which clearly shows Litecoin is much more oriented towards the tech savy and traders, same goes for Dash, Peercoin, Namecoin, Monero, NXT, their apps score pretty bad regarding installs.

So from the 678 cryptos on coinmarketcap only 0.3 % are doing decent in reaching mainstream. I think its because its much harder to reach mainstream then reaching tech savy/traders and many cryptos just put out the announcement and get it listed on the exchange, thats it, but there is no actual business model, funds, ambition, interesting features to reach mainstream.

I personally use the blockchain + the coinbase apps. Both are great.

No Bitcoin apps, only alts comparison.
