Well I don't know the particular wallet you use to or probably na Centralized Exchange because if na Electrum then I don't think you can make a transaction of $7 dollar because that amount e no even reach transaction fee or foe mow $4 fit land in your exchange and your exchange minimum deposit is $20 dollars then you $4 dollars go enter voicemail.
