Its look like your exchange isn't well established and not familiar with forum users. I believe your intentions is help people but it's not easy to convince donators. I think it's better to help around you rather then donate to unknown sources. Most of our countries have been effected by COVID-19, so we could keep role our own countries directly. So many peoples are jobless right now due to locked down and they are hungry as well. So help them with food, mask and sanitizer.
You know it's difficult to ask for donations online because there's a lot of scammers and users out there which take this covid19 as an opportunity to earn money for their own sake. Even me,i will hesitate this kind of donation because i don't even know if this is legit. Much better to give donations directly to the persons in need.
Be aware from those users who use the currrent situation to trick someone. Though your intention is good, but I will recommend everybody instead to donate on your countries' DOH where there are list of orgs on their page where you can donate. I know your agenda is good but still, the people must be aware of the things you would like to introduce because the statement above looks like not legit or trusts me enough but I would like to you must introduce more because there is a lot of scamming platform today and it is hard to trust the people today and still we need to make sure the output will be keep updated the people who invested a lot also it is good to have image or proof that the transaction and the objective are done so we are now not doubting and confidently aware that is legit and we see promote this.
I think the best way to donate is giving to the people who needs help to the donation center where we can sure that your money is really going to the people needs help. We don't blame to others to have doubt have becaude they have a lot of people who using this situation to earn money instead of helping I hope we have same wants and that is to help .

It is true. in addition, currently, almost all locations have donations for COVID-19. I prefer to help people around you first because this pandemic has spread in all countries. even in my place, there are some people who are positive COVID-19 and many organizations are trying to open donations to help. Red Cross are actuallly asking for crypto donations.
It's good to speculate during times like this because a lot of people are taking advantage of this crisis for their self beneficial gain. So for me, it's better to give your donations directly if you can, maybe to the police who are in the checkpoints or the frontliners that you have come across the street. Still, be safe and practice social distancing and hygiene.

However, you can't just expect people to share when you don't give enough information that will assure them that it'll be donated. If they are exchange that is operational, why not make their own donation? Whatever help they can give would be much appreciated. Because if you will ask from the people here, you will really get negative criticisms (even if they have good intentions). Better raise their funds within their platform. Also, we don't know if they will use all the funds collected to this initiative. So I hope the OP got the message from the users here. Just look at BNB, they never had a thread here saying they are collecting something for this charity stuff. They just gave what they can. Small or big donation doesn't matter.

I just researched about the company and they are actual exchange in bitcoin and the given bitcoin address here too matches with the donation address they have posted over facebook. Though I still recommend people donating to do so manually and start with around themselves as almost no countries are left from the terror of coronavirus.

I'd like to donate in well known exchange with high volume transaction. Sorry I did not donate for your project. There are so many scam about covid-19. I should be careful donate especially for covid-19. I don't want to give money to scammer.
Sorry, I did not hear about your exchange, and I don't see any valid reason to believe you and donate my hard earnings! If I had enough money for donation outside of my country, I would donate to Binance, not to you! Binance is asking donation and they already donated more than 1 Million USD by their own!

It is not bad to seek help for the sake of others but how can we sure that the link that you've shared and those organizations are authorized by the government? Some people who collect donations and money for the charity are fraud and scammers. Fundraisers must have strong evidence and proof that the money that they will collect is for the community and not a scam. It is very hard to trust people during this kind of pandemic as they are taking advantage of the crisis to fool people and get their money. We must be aware of our actions because sometimes, we just want to help people but the results is that we are getting scammed by abusive society. During this crisis, they still value money over health of other people that's why we should make sure if their intentions are really to help other people.
