As much as I appreciate you trying to insert yourself into this for some reason to create more drama...  I have said nothing directed at you in any way, ever.
You don't need to say anything, I think it's pretty obvious that anyone who makes any comment telling you to change anything will get an exclusion or a neg. Actions speak louder than words and the negs and exclusions you've made speak for themselves.

Please learn to be less agressive, it's said to see someone who I used to think was trusted do shit like this.

Anyone that shady who tries to 'Ruin" others accounts because he has extreme mental issues is not to be trusted or even dealt with, so ... Fuck that guy as the old saying goes. Tongue

Agreed.  Just don't forget who tried to ruin what account.  You aren't the victim, you are the attacker, and are very clearly in the wrong here.

You are. and now you have negative trust and will have more in the morning. Happy holidays, you are now on my ignore list as well. Merry christmas, liar!!! Grin
Fucking serious mate? I spent 20-30 mins on my post I made to make as less harsh as possible and give you some room to apologise and make amends.

Now I'm ~ Huh. Great.

I'm the attacker also?

Quote
Still think you should revisit the negative trust, but I guess you and owlcats should chat that out

Does this look like an attacking comment? Look at the words - 'should'. Those are the least powerful words I could have used for that sentence.

I'm not going to go through the other comment cause it already pretty obvious that it's a pretty passive comment and slighty suggesting you to make a change.

Have a Merry Christmas.

You posting one snippet of a private PM here and playing the victim is pretty funny, you are always right, everyone else is always wrong, blah blah.

Listen, I'm really not going to post our private PM exchange here nor keep arguing.

Can we remove the trust and move on or not, it's really up to you.

thanks!

Just a reminder of how much trust abuse OG levels out.. sickening that he is even on DT any more.. especially after he had to restructure loans for his fan club a few years ago.. as OG likes to use USD people should be aware he stiffed lenders out of 50+ btc..  $750k due to his bad business decisions

This is the last communication I received from owlcatz.  I'm not going to play these games where people attack me in private and leave negative feedback, then when they realize they're in the wrong, they act like the victim in public while trying to paint me as unreasonable.  It's getting really old.

owlcatz, I was hoping for at the very least a public apology.  While your negative feedback against me has been proven untrue by the actual auction participants, my negative feedback against you very much remains true without a doubt.  You are in the wrong here, not me.  I offered the bidder a refund out of good faith as a way to make up for any perceived misleading and they didn't want it.  In fact, other users messaged me saying they'd buy it if the winning bidder backed out, further solidifying my position.  Maybe if you can admit what you did wrong and apologize, we could move forward.  Your offer of removing your trust abuse is more for you than me and isn't any sort of resolution for your attempt at damaging my reputation.

I think OgNasty should have written a full disclosure and should do so in the future. I agree with the reached solution.

The best thing to do now is for both him and owlcatz to remove the feedback left on each other's profile.

Edit - Never mind, since you won't remove the neg, back it goes, too bad you are too thick headed to even deal with.... Idiot... Tongue
I agree the negative OgNasty left on your profile (which represents "this user is a scammer", or at least "this user is shady/untrustworthy", not "I don't agree with him") is undeserved. I even added a counter feedback.

But to be completely fair it seems OgNasty hasn't been online since you removed your negative and re-added it.
So what about you remove it again and give him some time to come back online and realize that happened? When/if he removes it then of course I'll remove my counter too as it is only that.

Thank you - and yeah, fair enough, I did not check his online/profile status.

OG - I will remove the neg if you agree to remove mine. Deal? No PM's, we talk right here, ok?

Thanks again.

He literally gave the model/make of the round, why should he have to say I did not design this?
'Frosty the Snowman Merry Christmas' isn't a make or model, it's a description. When all of OgNasty's coins are sold with their descriptions (other than the NastyFans coins and Binary rounds) it is very easy to assume that this is another coin with a similar naming style.
If he said 'This is a Jmbullion round' or something like that - like he has agreed to do in the future - then your argument would be valid.

If he did it on a coin that you knew you would have no qualms correct?
Incorrect. Don't make silly assumptions.

Was Kialara a scammer when he added to a $100 bill and sold it?
Did Kialara try to mislead the people buying it to believe that he made the $100 bill? You're comparing apples and oranges.

I thought it was clear I engraved a private key on a Frosty the Snowman round.  That's literally what I said.  If you misunderstood, perhaps it is because your lack of knowledge about coins couldn't recognize that the design wasn't engraved, or maybe you don't collect enough to have recognized this round.  In any event, it was not my intention to mislead, and if the winning bidder wasn't clear on what he was bidding on, I'm happy to offer it to another bidder who understood what they were bidding on.  I don't need $500 and certainly wouldn't scam for it.

You clearly lied by omission. Who the fuck knew a snowman round existed? You just admitted to lying to everyone btw, because you have previously claimed to have engraved the design. Your auction was left unclear on purpose, otherwise you should have said "I DID NOT DESIGN THIS", but now you are claiming you did (in Pm's to me) and now here, you are claiming you didn't. So which is it Trump? You can't lie both ways dude. This is literally cracking me up right now. " perhaps it is because your lack of knowledge about coins couldn't recognize that the design wasn't engraved" - so which is it, you engraved it or you didn't?

Edit - You also just abused the trust system (Again). Good one! Cheesy

Edit2 -

I don't understand how you don't understand. He did engrave the round, he engraved it with the public and private key.

This wallet is an engraved Frosty the Snowman Merry Christmas 1oz .999 Silver Round.

He literally gave the model/make of the round, why should he have to say I did not design this? Because you cannot recognize the name of mass produced coin? If he did it on a coin that you knew you would have no qualms correct?

OG come on...

owl cats is more than trustworthy on the forum and you instantly resorted to leaving a neg... talk things over.

His points are quite valid and instead of leaving a neg you should have explained it.

Both of you are trustworthy and it would be a shame if that neg remained on owls.

Come on guys, this is collectibles, not a place where people just vent their rage and leave negs. Take it down a notch.

After taunting me through unsolicited PMs and leaving me negative feedback, he then blocked me. He didn’t want to understand anything, he just saw an opportunity and wanted to start trouble. Mission accomplished?

After pointing this thread out to the buyer, it was stated that they understood what they were bidding on and still want the coin, paying for it after being told they didn’t have to. Obviously they didn’t feel misled and I’ve received multiple messages from others that are still happy to buy also. Next time I auction a themed coin, I’ll make sure to include the link to purchase the coin from jmbullion without the hologram/engraving for those who don’t recognize popular themed rounds.

Merry Christmas!

Not exactly, I was tired and didn't want to argue with you as you don't seem to get it - by doing things like this, you are hurting the community as a whole - whether we are makers, resellers, whatever - You were caught deleting valid bids by REAL people who are newbies. What kind of message does that send to new people? You certainly aren't doing yourself or others any favors dealing with people like that. Sure, I get it, you think people are all alts trying to fuck with you, but guess what, nobody I know has any alts to "fuck with you" as always claim. I didn't see an opportunity to "start trouble", I was honestly pissed off that you of all people would behave like this. I understand TMAN is apparently occupying a suite in your head someplace, but FFS, arguing with you is like dealing with a brick, THAT's why I blocked you.

Anyhow, I'll remove the trust rating if you will now that I am satisfied with your disclaimer above - My other point was that almost NOONE even knew it was a purchased round. You have made your own coins so long, who would just assume it wasn't made by you, and seriously, how many people would be familiar with that particular round? I sure wasn't, I think someone found it by accident to be honest.   Anyhow, again, let's move on. I have never held anything against you, but I have found it quite sad watching your emotional state seemingly unravel lately. Merry christmas as well.

Edit - Never mind, since you won't remove the neg, back it goes, too bad you are too thick headed to even deal with.... Idiot... Tongue
