Yes you can make bitcoins in twitter by spreading some ico or you may look at services sections if there is an open twitter campaign to promote a Website or a coin with bitcoin payment.

My suggestion to you is just follow those crypto twitter accounts and they will just automatically follow you back. This is one of the easiest way to earn and you will just have to do tweet, like and share those companies that hired you to advertise their services. And that is not too hard so it will always possible to earn bitcoin with twitter.

If you have good number of followers on social media then yes there are quite a few campaign currently who are looking for people to join their campaign . In return you will get btc as a weekly payment. So you can still earn btc from twitter as well.

Yes , making bitcoin by using twitter is still possible there are some altcoins and ico which you can join it is like a campaign which if you post / advertise you will have some reward from them.

Well, I more believe in the you who say that now this OP has already started getting a lot of advice. I do not think if the bounty campaign has a lot of payments but pretty good of payment, although you have a large number of followers I think it is a pretty good bitcoin amount to be gained from bounty campaign but it is better bounty campaign when compared to income from faucet.

There are many techniques to get more followers. One simple idea must be twitting with currently trending hashtag. People may watch your tweets and then may decide to follow you. If you do not have time to tweet along with trending hashtag then there are people who may help you like you need to follow them and then they will follow you.

You can start by having an active account with informative/original/good content... Then you start following other people who have the same interests in you and people will slowly but surely notice you and give you follows. Don't expect it to happen overnight or a huge burst of followers out of the blue... Put your head down and work hard!
