What is suspended sentence ?


Now this news will alarm other fraud people who had been trying to prove that they are fake Satoshi. This identity of Satoshi can be misused in multiple ways so it is important that some fraud person is not established as Satoshi. I think the bitcointalk community will be also having good role in exposing this fraud Satoshi.

Ahh what a beautiful thing.  I've actually spoken with him a few times over Twitter and he was always an arrogant prick who was constantly making shit up and things that are pretty easy to understand he's making up.  Kind of mind boggling really. 

I am shocked to hear that even on his way in to jail he's still trying to sue people, which I guess this guy is just never going to give up when it comes to fighting this fake battle.  Fake it until you make it , I guess..

For some people who already know bitcoin well, it does not have any effect and it will even be a joke that might be entertaining, but for some other ordinary people, they might give a different assessment because they think what is the benefit of him doing all this and being willing to be punished just because he wants to say that he is the creator of bitcoin. The influence of the media can sometimes have an effect on the general public who do not have the ability to recognize the truth.

Even though it did not have any effect on bitcoin after he made a noisy statement, it was a joke that was quite entertaining for me. So forget about it and keep focusing on collecting it so that we don't miss the best moment when bitcoin reaches its next ATH.

Media is there to create fuzz for us to listen and discuss.
 
It wouldn't change, and it's great when we are acknowledging the fact that we already know what would probably happen next. Or that we don't need to give our attention to such a matter.

There are many other ridiculous things that might be revealed and he will never stop making these claims to convince anyone. But this does not need to be thought about because he is full of entertainment and the question should be why the media always raises the issue. Is this correlation deliberately created to create a commotion or does he dare to pay the media to continue writing his ridiculous story. He made a statement as one of the people involved in the creation of bitcoin and he even started to dare to say he was Satoshi Nakamoto.

In fact, if he really is Satoshi Nakamoto, then I am sure he will not reveal his identity because it will make the level of security in his life more dangerous. That is what underlies me to consider him making jokes that are unreasonable and have no correlation with the creator of bitcoin.

The one with 145k is already mentioned in the OP, but I digress - he got what he deserved.
I think some people just don't change and stay the way they are. Fishy and non-sincere.

I think he got what he deserved for being a hypocrite and claiming who he was not.He has made claims that he was part of the team of professionals involved in the creation of the now well known decentralized digital currency,"BITCOIN".
Earlier this year, Wright lost a high-profile lawsuit against the Crypto Open Patent Alliance (COPA), a nonprofit representing cryptocurrency firms.And  recently he faces one-year prison sentence that was suspended for two years and was ordered  to pay 145,000 British pounds in costs. That means he won't face prison unless he violates the court order again during that time.

A person can be recognized as a genius or a fool by the community / populace. Generally, this stigma is stuck to him / her and stays with him till his end.
I do think we agree on which side of the spectrum Craig is.

Craig Wright is one of our many entertainments during the emergence of bitcoin. So he will continue to claim himself Satoshi with all the nonsense, it can be said that Craig Wright has lost his shame. Not only once did he make demands on developers, but the results always returned to the point where he was nobody. Oddly enough, the media continues to raise his name and that will only make Craig Wright seem to be recognized.

Personality like Craig Wright might not easily changed especially that his goal has not been achieved yet. Most likely, after getting out from jail, he will try to loose a little but will still find ways on how to make things favor on him. Unfortunately, no matter what he’ll do, or no matter what kind of drama he will bring to the public, people won’t believe him anymore. But even though he failed on his attempt, but surely he gained the attention that he wanted to achieve from the people around.

That's how he makes bread - with the fuzz around his persona.
But I do think the punishment would stop him from doing so in the future, albeit, if the case would conclude in such a way.

I guess this 6 months sentenced will teach other people lesson not to claim to be Satoshi Nakamoto, because there are many people that came out to be Satoshi Nakamoto some years ago, but they failed to bring out the evidence that makes them to be the founder of BTC in the court for the world to know that they have find the BTC creator. With this sentence, it will put smile in the face of BTC developers, because it has been a big distraction to them for a stranger to claim to be founder of BTC, which the developers know that he is not the one because the real Satoshi Nakamoto have all the evidence to prove to be the BTC creator.

Even some judges know that, the real Satoshi Nakamoto will never come out publicly to claim that he or them is the BTC creator because he or them know what will follow in the court room because many governments are not happy the way the BTC is spreading to make people to value BTC more than their fiat money.

Finally, Craig Weight gets what he deserves. In fact, getting him in jail might not be enough, he should also be given counselling so that he will realize all his wrong doings in the past. I just hope that after his imprisonment, he will stop pretending being Satoshi because obviously the people are already so sick about that.

I am still trying to understand what he really meant by he's the one responsible for developing Bitcoin. If he's the one responsible for Bitcoin development, then why did he hide his face at the face stage when people are trying to guess who Satoshi really was? This man is a clown and many they need to give him a really sentence where he is going to relax and focus on his self. Also the media need to ask him where he kept the one million Bitcoin that was in his wallet. When you see someone trying to claim that they are another person, they are always very harsh with other people's opinions, wanting to attack if they have the power.

It's like a bad joke every year, lol. multiple clowns emerge claiming to be the elusive Satoshi Nakamoto. What's the motive behind this madness? Is it the fleeting fame, the social media high-fives, or just a desperate cry for attention?

Newsflash being a fake Satoshi won't get them any respect. In fact, it's a surefire way to earn a spot in the cryptocurrency hall of shame. A court sentence would be a fitting punishment for these impostors, serving as a deterrent to those who think they can pull off this stunt.

Imagine the real Satoshi sipping coffee watching the chaos unfoldand thinking, "These guys have no idea what they're getting themselves into." If Satoshi were around, Bitcoin would likely be shackled by government red tape stifling its growth and innovation.

So, to all the Faketoshis out there, listen up, stop clowning around and let the real visionaries shape the future of cryptocurrency. And to the real Satoshi, if you're out there, keep on smiling, your anonymity is still the best joke of all..lol

Successfully started a rumor that he is Satoshi Nakamoto, to embellish the fake R&D story
Fled to England to escape the tax scrutiny
Exercised his contact network. One of his contacts knows a guy who knows a billionaire looking for an investment opportunity
Between them, the billionaire and his two cronies created a deal - the billionaire paid the Australian tax debt in return for an opportunity to monetize Craig Wright's claim to be Satoshi
Wright assigned all his intellectual property in Bitcoin, and took a senior management role in the development of "Bitcoin" as a business opportunity for the billionaire
Wright forked BCH into BSV, claimed BSV is the real Bitcoin, and claimed BTC is corrupted
Wright launched lawsuits claiming some innovative new forms of copyright, and demanded that BTC should be shut down

the thing is that if the law is against him I believe that definitely he will go to jail, its certain from my understanding, so in another way round, you have to know that if the judge's is compromise he will not be jail even when they know that he is guilty, but a process whereby the judgement is sincere and is not compromise justice can prevailed

But the audacity of trying to impersonate  or be Satoshi Nakamoto is quite a headache.Meanwhile,why would anyone want to be so desperate and curious about the Satoshi personality,they said heavy is the head that wears a crown but the reverse is what's in this template completely.Everyone wants something good,but only few are willing to pay the price.

I am assuming that this criminal has sponsors who are financing these lawsuits. Maybe they think he would win these cases so that they can benefit from the royalties or gains that might accrue from the Bitcoin whitepaper and other intellectual property. He has just been given a warning by the court, if he tries to come up with such baseless claim, he might end up in jail.

He's made some fork and shitcoin and that made him productive in there. That's what I am saying that with the wrong doings that he keeps on doing, he should stop and get himself a life by doing something else that can be meaningful to him and his community. By the way, I don't know if he's really got a community but with the looks and volume of his fork, it seems that there is but all silent and are just waiting for it to boom. I don't think it'll happen but we'll see that project eventually die and he only has to realize those things then.
