Hi,

to deal with Bittrex limitations we recommend to not use more than five concurrent pairs atm. We know it is frustrating but we also have to deal with the limitations.
Also when using margin maker on Bittrex please increase the max order age to a least 12 min to avoid too many non filled orders.

And yes we are working on supporting Binance asap.

Hi,

just to avoid confusion: When looking at the Bittrex Website the price you bought or sold is stated in the 'actual rate' column.

EDIT: the bid/ask differs as leonardo uses these prices to emulate the spot order. But of course buys from the top of the order book.

This is a fairly known problem for Bittrex, you have to rely on the "Actual rate".

Seems to be that Bittrex Ask/Bid Rate is not price we buy. The "Actual" Rate is, so here is the math of the trades by Leonardo on Bittrex:

So we must follow the Actual Rate Price on Bittrex and not the Bid/Ask. I really don't know if the Bittrex response to the bot is what changes the bid/ask price on Bittrex.

So it seems to be that the bot is actually making profitable trades.

Recent steps taken by popular exchanges to give them time to ramp up. I believe coinbase was the first to do this.

It is the success of BTC and alts that is creating the problems, these companies didn't just decide cap their business, it happened because of you and me and hundreds of thousands more joining the party. All the better, once things get sorted out the insane volumes will get even bigger.

Dude, you made a profit. What’s the problem?

Just go to the exchange you're using in trading CSV history and Get it.

Feature request:
Be able to show only Sell orders,or only buy orders in the down left order list.
So we could copy them to our excel spreadsheets and calc our total profit and what we are doing wrong.

And since we are here,lets trade some margin maker configs:


This most time gives a profit of 3%.

I don't use or TRUST the BB Bot. specially with Bittrex!!!

I'm new and running in Demo mode to test the software.
Is there a website with examples how to configure? Or is there anyone who can show his config in public/DM?

I'm curious what the tips and tricks are from the professionals :-)

how many bots are you running on the coin ?

Most messages here are about Bittrex issues. Not bot friendly anymore.

It's time to leave them behind and try other exchanges.

Wow, bad move from Bittrex! While new exchanges are popping up publicizing they are bot-friendly to attract new customers, and some old ones are investing in infrastructure to keep up with the high demand, Bittrex goes to the other direction... Most exchanges are having issues with customer support, and that I can understand, because it's not quick and easy to grow your workforce (specially when they have to deal with customer money). However, to grow your infrastructure is much easier: with the huge amount of new customers, they also get a LOT more money from the fees; put more servers, redesign your trading engine if needed, invest in network bandwidth! A redesign of their API, using websockets and more intelligent calls, would also reduce the overload (another user here in the forum noticed that Bittrex generates a lot more network traffic; that's bad for the infrastructure).

Glad I ditched Bittrex some time ago. The only thing I miss is the huge amount of currency pairs they have, but the main ones I can find in other exchanges...

For those who use bittrex, they are cracking down on bots and constantly changing their API call limits.  See the message I received last week.  My account is still locked after 8 days.  They are not responding to messages.  I have a substantial amount on this exchange.


Your account has been flagged as using API-based trading with a low fill rate.  This means that you have a high percentage of cancelled orders relative to other API-based traders (i.e., you generate a lot of orders that are never matched).  As you know, we take very seriously the overall experience of our customers on our Exchange.  As such, we have removed your current API keys and we are asking that you limit the number of API calls you make to 30 per minute.  If you don’t adjust your trading strategy, we may ban your IP and close your account.
 
If you would like to continue to use your current strategy with new API keys on your account, please know that we will require you to agree to pay for each cancelled order a rate of 0.00001 BTC, if you maintain a fill rate below 5% over a one-week period. 
 
Once you have adjusted your API trading algorithm please enter a support request at https://support.bittrex.com to have your account Enabled for trading.

Nice piece of software. congrats Marginsoftware people.

I feel a lack of a true log and balancing report.

The little message window in the upper right is not expandable and it reports very few information.

I am so used to metatrade's reports  that I feel naked without it.

Maybe a simple daily report on trades made and balance changes should be a start.

Did you run this in the Demo-Bitrex account or in a real Bitrex account ?

Leonardo demo is working only in the DEMO accounts provided.
