Yeah i feel sad every time I saw the market is still in not good situation, but even its still dropping I'll keep believing that market will rise soon. And even market is continuously dumping, its better to be optimistic so you will avoid losing hope for your crypto and it will help you to remain believed or keep staying to your crypto until you saw the market growth. And instead of feeling hopeless, its better if you dont mind what ever happen now in the market, just be positive and be patient.

This are very good advises, but unfortunately it is a lot easier to say it than do it. I think that the best way to deal with situations like that is to keep busy and keep your mind busy.

I've taken five figure losses over the course of a week that I've held it. My biggest burn thus far has been HORSE. I got in at .27 and rode that down to .01.
