The rates through that marketing isn't that high and you can pay more participants in there but I urge signature campaign is still the best. You are gaining popularity in the forum through your ads.
It's hard to know at the moment cause two biggest advertising services, Google and Facebook, banned ads of ICO projects and as I just know Twitter also do the same like Facebook and Google
