This would depend on how both teams approach the you've in the early minutes and possibly who gets the first goal. There's no point waiting for the game to start if you've already planned which team to bet on.

It's not unusual that odds increase soon after start of the match. If Liverpool will dominate the game in the first minutes, bookies could offer higher odds. But betting on United is really risky. Maybe a Draw no bet..

Dont forget that there were many surprises already in EPL this season. Surprises when most people think that a team will win easily against other team, but in fact the resuts was unexpected.
