Matchpool deserve to be on bigger exchanges I hope poloniex and bittrex would be nice! Bittrex look very attractive to me today , nice volume this days! we dont have to consider the price now , Gup is on liqui ...the real price will come in couple month even more

No, it's at gatecoin (pre-launch IOUs obviously). The way this is handled is the same as liqui did with other projects (namely Wings and Decent, others as well, I think).
As far as I see it, the pre-launch price is absolutely no indicator for GUPs price once it is launched. There are just too many factors involved. The other IOUs have shown that a lot of times, the IOUs are not traded "seriously", meaning, they are used for pump and dump schemes. The supply is artificially low, the original selling price is set by the exchange (which is the sole holer of tokens in the beginning) and so on. Additionally, the overall mentality of users on an exchange plays a role as well. I don't know gatecoin, but if this was launched on yobit, some guys would have already pumped the shit out of it.

For GUP? No. They did it for Lisk, and as far as I know, it was the first time this was done.
It also makes sense, this way those that got the GUPs from bounties (me included) won't just dump and possibly crash the market.
