Tax related?
AMLA related?
Anything at all regarding laws and regulations?
tax? wala, wala kang aalalahanin sa tax, ang bitcoin ay decentralized, ibig sabihin walang kahit na sino ang may hawak nyan, even the government. and ang price ng bitcoin ay volatile so paano nila lalagyan ng tax ang kinikita mo sa bitcoin kugn hindi naman stable ang price nya.
This post is a spam, Next time read carefully, hindi yung post ka ng post, nadadamay ibang pinoy sa iyo eh.
He is talking about the cashout. Kung may legal implications ba, Do we need to pay taxes dahil considered na capital gains yung nakukuha nating pera.
Gobyerno , not governo.
But still if you like to pay the corresponding tax you should include the income earned from bitcoin sa annual ITR nyo as part ng other income.
I think even if you declare in the ITR your income if the source is not coming from your employer or self employed it will not honor by the BIR and bitcoin as your other income might be questioned because bitcoin is not centralized. I had a friend her source of income was only from a networking company, she declared it in her ITR application just to have a tax number or TIN ID. Unfortunately the BIR disapproved her application, how much more the bitcoin? They are not familiar with it.
Thanks for the input, but next time can you use punctuation marks and check your grammar too?. BTW this post is a great help for the Filipinos who are still wondering about the Capital Gains Issue on Cashing out (Converting BTC to PHP).
Do you have a source on this? Para we can confirm naman kung totoo nga.
Sa pagkakaalam ko AMLA is always the regulating body for the Philippines, kaso madmi lng loop holes sa systema at hindi alam pa ng government on how to regulate bitcoins sa pinas, actually nasa law na ng ating bansa na dapat tayo mag bayad ng tax sa anu mang earning na meron tau and that includes bitcoins, and loop hole lng dito walang means na itrack pa eto ng BIR or baka hindi pa alam ng BIR kung paano ma track ang mga ganitong transaction. BIR can partner with coins.ph or other withdrawal agencies and imposed taxes on bitcoin earnings. Pero ang pilipinas nasa infancy stage pa ng crypto currency kaya medyo matagalan pa tau mapasunod sa any legal implications kung meron man.
Thanks for this post, I agree with you, they don't still have an idea about it, I hope we can get more inputs like this para magkaroon tayo ng better judgement. Well, Another Problem is the banks, if i am getting it right, the above quoted post tells another story that we need to confirm, if it is true or not.
