It's a Base64 encoded message, once decoded it says "you need to decrypt this one. it's a md5 hash. 7f10d8d24c6302747d2e053dde9833f8"
You don't decrypt MD5, you bruteforce it.
I know the exact term is "bruteforcing", just wanted to let the more expert find it first, did you think i would give it so easily anyway? You don't decrypt MD5, you bruteforce it.

I am Satoshi Nakamoto, I managed to hide my identity pretty well and I detroyed the private keys that I can use to prove my identity, Prove me otherwise low mortals. Muahahahaha 
I thought we all agreed that Satoshi Nakamoto had access to the genesis block and could sign it with a message or something that's what I remember in regards to their identity? All these fake satoshi's and the media surrounding them are pretty hilarious though.
