I think ICO projects will still be good to invest in, once the market has recovered from the drop that it has experienced in the last months, many good projects will come to the spotlight.

if you want to give up and will not work at the ICO again, then that is your right, I will not forbid it, but in my opinion if you blame yourself, that is not good.do not regret it for too long, and still be passionate about finding another job that is more profitable if you want to leave the ICO.

Well maybe, this is not just the good time to participate on ICOs due to the experienced market volatility. For now be patient and wait for positive things to take place. And once recovery happen in the market, it would be the best time to again participate on ICO investment. Don't give up yet because increase have not taken place so far so still, there's a chance and we just have to wait for that hremaining hope.
I see that ICOs are generally bad and most of them are scams at the moment, so it could be a good time to wait for a while until the market recovers, probably the whole ICO system and bounty project was too good to implement and every single businessman out there is trying to be part of it in some way.

i do agree that most of the ico's today that running are all scam and it was hard to find a legitimate project but we should not give up right now and just keep on looking on their platform before starting to invest a huge amount or join their bounty.

That happens many times to other people and I feel sorry about them because some people are eager to earn huge profit in a short period of time with doing a research on a certain project. We should have learn from our mistake especially if there is an involvement of money. ICO is a risky than investing directly to cryptocurrency market using your preferred wallet.

I think that depends on you, if you easily give up then you can give up right now but you have to know that with ico you can get a lot of profits and you also have to know that ico is actually like a long-term investment.
