I still use v1.1.0.0-693d7db-dirty, but it seems synced correctly. My wallet is on 96333 block

Yes, The transaction between web wallet and wallet never happened, but tokens when to 0 anyway on web wallet even if tokens seems to be on my wallet on the blockchain.
It seems to be stuck till an approval, I send a mail to them but till now I've got only an automatic response.

10 days for losing tokens...
coinlocket$, panic not. Just send a message  from your MB8 dashboard. Scroll to "Contact Us" and fill the necessary box and compose your mail. It works faster than sending to "support" I bet you will have the issue resolved within 48hrs.

They also post this on his official Twitter:

I did a transfer to my desktop wallet and having the same situation as of yours.  Undecided and there should be no approval thing i guess or is there any ?
The wallet immediately shows Zero Balance but there is no sign of transaction on the chain.

Here is the Web wallet address which shows that it still holds the coins but i see zero on my web wallet.

Which version of wallet are you using? Is that any of 1.0.x? There is a new version released 1.2.1 and the previous version aren't anymore supported. I think that may be the issue.

I've downloaded and installed the last version they have on their website, 1.2.1 64 bit.

Yes is fully synced, Is almost 3 hours now, maybe is a normal time of waiting I don't know.

I don’t know why that account was banned, what is the matter? I done my job last year, and account have been banned a couple of month.
I don’t deserve  my money back ? Really? I made job for free? Yahoo you like doing job for free?
Yahoo62278 isn't saying any of that; he's just saying banned members are not permitted to make any posts outside of Meta, and then only to appeal a ban.  I understand the frustration here, though I can't say I understand exactly what went on, whether it was some sort of social engineering attack or an outright scam.  The whole web wallet thing seems very sketchy to me, but I'll refrain from pointing any fingers here since it looks like some members got their issues resolved.

If I may make a suggestion here:  will everyone please stop quoting huge images and blocks of text in their replies?  It's making this thread a pain in the ass to read and makes for way more scrolling than is necessary.  Thank you in advance.

I've just pressed the "send funds" (10 minutes ago) from web wallet to my wallet, tokens went 0 instantly on the website but I can't find any track of the transaction.

Is it normal? How long it takes to see something about my transaction? I can't see anything on the explorer too.

Something seems strange here with the balance.

I login my wallet today and found exact same scam happen to me too. I have worked so long for this bounty and so disappointed to found all the tokens moved by the company. I have emailed the support too but no one replied. Can anyone help me restore my coins ?


Oh dear! Another victim. I wonder what could have prompted them to withdraw already sent reward/payment for a job well done. And support is still not yet responded to my mail too.

Edited: Issue has been resolved now and the coins sent back to my wallet but with around 20coins or so still missing.


Good that your issue is resolved. But mine issue is not resolved and i still did not got my coins.

Can the support help me recover my coins ?

Wow! This is so sad. I just checked my wallet now and discovered the same thing happened to me. I did Facebook and Telegram bounties but now All my coins gone.
