He is from the marketing team which I don’t know if he has the authority to answer complaints but he can forward the issue to the team so that they can send representatives to deal with the problem. AFAIK they already inactive in the forum since there’s a lot of complaints posted here. I’m rarely seeing there old thread bump or have an activity which is the reason of creating this thread.

@gamstan, If you are really official marketing guy. You should get access to your old forum account and post on your old thread about this changes and new ANN thread.

That's a good observation we have seen that happen a lot in the telegram channel, you know random people messaging you and asking you about the issue your issue then go on scamming you by pretending they are one of the team, there is a similarity on this, he must first prove that he is part of the team and if he is not he has no right to create a new announcement thread as there is already one existing.

I agree with you, if it is true that he is part of MBit, he should solve the problems experienced by users who bet on the MBit site.
