When this coin will be release?

Any idea?

Yes. It will be released when it's ready (to be released).

Logo proposal:

"N^c" - a "N" or "n" with a smaller but elevated "c" on the right side.

Just an idea, how about curve the arms of the N so they match / follow the curve of the coin ?

I'm totally incapacitated on this Linux box, plus I suck at graphic programs, so I just drew it with a pencil and took a photo:

Is something like that what you had in mind?

Someone could make it look nice I think

This... I like this... I'll try to design with this in mind on my next revision (since my Netscape-rip-off wasn't received well, LOL!)

Yeah the grey pencil one is close to what I had in mind, stretching the N to fill more of the coin, curving the arms, and close to the edge of the coin. This leaves space in the center, wondering if that allows a C to loop over the diagonal in the center, ( I'm not convinced about the two lines, too ¥ or euro like )

I like the second one from praxis. Maybe give it more of a coin look, but the overall image is good.

What about a N with two strikethrough lines?

I asked my wife to do something quick, she sent me:

I like the 'light' style, I think the diagonal would look better if a little slimmer too

More like this? Just a concept

Don't really care about the fattened up diagonal line in the N

how about lose the letters, no N, have a logo that represents a 'net', or 'network', many options for a logo there..

simplfy these ideas - https://www.google.co.jp/search?q=network&client=firefox-a&hs=Hsi&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ei=1fmIUYcdiZ6IB8jzgfgD&ved=0CAoQ_AUoAQ&biw=1290&bih=1207&sei=2PmIUeDvF4nMlAXAkIC4Cg
I agree. If you need a good logo, you need some kind of symbol. Letters are are hard to make into good looking.

I don't like the logo design. Too much detail. No focus. We need a professional designer here

Offer a bounty of coin, or perhaps we can all do this ... you can start?

I haven’t gone out of my way to do this as an App icon or anything but here is a minimalists take on the iconography.

The "N" should be the stressed letter, not T.

It looks like you put a lot of thought in to it, if i may be critical my immediate reaction was 'over design', preferred the draft on the previous page of posts with the world logo.

Think about famous brand logos, they are usually very simple and just one or two colours, puma, Nike, McDonald archs, even the Starbucks mermaid still quite simple, HP, IBM, Toyota... and so on...

POST BEING REFERENCED: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.2058627

One of my goals in this rough design was to get the three letters of the exchange ticker in the logo ... and ... have them be legible to some degree in the "icon" sized image, the smallest of the images. Like I say, it's a draft, a fleshing out, a brainstorm type of design. I think the inclusion of "color coins" into the extended mechanics of NTC, (Tacotime's most recent second whitepaper), might warrant some use of color ... so I included the colors used in litecoin and bitcoin, and then blue and green to brand it NTC, the fifth color, copper, is what holds it all together, the conductor, so it has all three coinage metals.

The globe design is nice, but it's overused in so many logos already, and when reduced to an icon size it becomes a blob ... the only identifying object on it is the letter "N", and it's the netscape browser logo as well. We've got to have something that is startlingly original, simple, yes ... something people look at and say "that's netcoin, that's my NTC, (and nothing else)".

I'm trying in earnest to produce the icon first, the design starts with the smallest of the graphics because 90% of the views the graphic gets, (or more), will be of the smallest size ... and to make that work first, and work well ... and have it also function in a larger form ... to create a "symbol" rather than a coin that still has literal characteristics is the goal here ... and then that "icon" can also live as a "coin" in a larger size.

- blue "n" and "c", the color of the ocean which ties all together, global, and blue is a fatherly type of trust color, blue is solid.
- The green "T", a dragonfly doji, an energetic chart component which implies great interest and bullish sentiment.
- the little dots inside the "C" "colour coins" being produced by NTC.
- the copper enclosure, easily seen in the system tray but not too dark, copper, an important coinage metal.
- silver background in interior of coin, litecoin, silver precious metal.
- the "sun" atop the dragonfly doji, the color of the bitcoin logo.

This is a ROUGH DRAFT, and would in a more polished, time consuming task, produce something that looks much more like a "coin".
