Cryptsy seems to be doing it fairly successfully, personally since I only trade between alt coins I prefer it since you don't have to worry about the risk of fiat related red tape bringing down the exchange.

It's probably the most entertaining trollbox I've seen so far.
The best trolls from all over the exchanges come and gather here and make big deals, knowing that major alt coins that are being traded here provides the major rhythm to all other exchanges.. i.e. primecoin.
If you don't like daily DDOS...
If you not like too much BAN hammering on even nonsense chats.. and get banned for years to come by trying your artistic style.

I'm using this site for more than 1 month now, and i'm blow away by the quality of the work done.
The approx ROI at an actual level for those share is +12%/year.
But the site is only 3month old, and he keep growing and growing, and the Aug 10 Update will bring a lot of new feature, a new design, new coins. (and a secret feature RealSolid don't want to talk about yet)
The goal to steal Litecoin BTC-e traders doesn't seems crazy to me, and i think mcxnow can do it.
The approx ROI at an actual level for those share is +12%/year.
