"Marketiva.com trusted its users with a free $5 starting REAL money to trade with."

No, they don't need to trust their users, because they have calculated that taking in account withdraw requirements, trading fees (from new attracted users) that they are making a profit on giving out a $5 bonus. They don't trust anyone.

Do you mind sharing how you will pay back the loan full on time when you lose 50% of the amount due to your trading and the network difficulty making your mining rig unprofitable by the time BFL ships your order?

You think you are entitled to a loan. You are not. Bitcoin has moved from the 10K pizza days, the pirateat40 and other GLBSE ponzis, and people are not going to piss their money away giving loans to people with no credit.

But if you don't have $5,500 in money or assets.. how are you going to pay back if you lose half of it?

Be more mature and build a reputation. THEN ask for loans and you won't be laughed at. Not before.

Thats the risk I thought people will take considering how they have supported the Bitcoin grow from something which was 'laughed at' to something that is 'loathed at'

I have always been clear on what i intend to do with the money.

Buy a rig invest the rest on Gox.

I am an experienced trader been trading for about 2 years on Forex.
Marketiva.com trusted its users with a free $5 starting REAL money to trade with.
I turned that into $650 in the last year.

I thought if they can do it why not "the senior guys who support bitcoin" but i wa wrong. GRAVELY wrong.

You yourself own/operate coinlender YOU are taking a risk By providing users you barely know LOANS. So isnt that a risk ?

I m not worried about being laughed at, I am sure it will be me who will be laughing the last laugh and it will be when I repay someone who lends me this $5000 and then I'd be saying "F*** THOSE WHO CALLED ME A SCAMMER"

OFF COURSE there are REDFLAGS, its because I am new here

The red flags to me are you deleting your posts after you contradict yourself...

I have never deleted any posts myself.

ONLY 3 or 4 REPLIES were deleted by the moderators.

ALL the posts I ever made are still available unless SOMEONE deleted it .. but NOT ME !

OFF COURSE there are REDFLAGS, its because I am new here

after you contradict yourself...

WHAT kind of Contradictions ?

I asked for a 25 x 220 = $5500 LOAN
I Invested on gox around $1500

IF I HAD $5500 I wouldnt ASK FOR A LOAN !!

Lots of red flags.  There is a very high probability this guy is a scammer.

OFF COURSE there are REDFLAGS, its because I am new here, everyone had to start somewhere so my fault is starting late and having no extra money to spare.

This guy is 100% fraudster. Let me alert tomatocage! I hope no one falls into his trap. He is slowly trying to build rep with guides and stuff - to go for the big kill. Notice his language - he is not interested in small transaction. Someone will do a big one, and that would last of this scammer.

So let me get this straight : I see the coins, I do research for 3 months (since December 12) I get lucky and a friend offers to buy me a Jally (BFL) which I promise to repay back.

NOW...
By the time I get the jally I m sure I wont make more than $20 out of it every month considering the rise in Difficulty.

SO ?
So I ask for a loan to buy me a Single SC which will almost certainly give me $500 - $1200 a month

BUT WAIT - No one would give me a loan and yell "SCAMMER" at my face cuz I m new !
Fine then I'll use whatever savings I have (which I was saving for a better Computer to render animations in - Yes I m an aspiring 3D animator) and invest in Mt Gox & do some trading & raise my own money AND Probably do small trades to build a reputation.
BOOM price falls...
Great Now i can afford some coins, I get some & then I saved some thinking when the price rises I'll sell them, I decide to sell off a small bit of my investment hoping to get something out of it & re invest it in Gox or Btc-e, or atleast buy a freakin BFL product !!!!!1

BUT NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO   I am labeled as a scammer even THEN !!!  because some guy doesnt trust me an thinks its ok to report me TO LIST OF FUKKIN SCAMMERS !!!  on the benefit of suspicion !!!!!!

So now WHAT ?
Now my whatever little trading opportunity or rep I might have built by FUKKIN HELPING others has now diluted because SOMEONE "THOUGHT" I am a scammer.

Great !

Just Great you guys !!!

Before I saw these replies I was having a bad enough night/day and now its worse, but JUST for some people's satisfaction I would like to inform them of my 1st transaction here, but YES I am doing this to scam someone -_-

I never offered 5000 coins if I could do that i wouldnt be on this forum begging for help.

I ASKED for a loan of 3000 NAMECOINS
The post is still at https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=172796.0;topicseen

Wrd, legendster has been on the list of suspected scammers (see sig) pretty much the moment he got out of Newbie jail. I wouldn't do business with him and I'd suggest anybody else to do the same.

Your loan amount will not cover the cost to travel around the World to visit your home. I guess your best bet to is try & find someone in Kolkata, who is willing to accept your terms (visiting your home etc.). There is an Indian sub forum.

Ticket from US to India (calcutta) $1000 so what ? thats 10 more BTC s ? I m sure the person who is investing $5000+ (25 BTC) with me can afford to lend me 10 extra coins ~ $2000 for a return trip to & from my place Cheesy

Well, none of your public profile really shows who you are, other than a plausible business name. Other than that, if you have no collateral, no one will give you any loan, as nothing prevents you to abandon this id and disappear - particularly, there is no clarity on who are "you". Good luck.

As bad and crazy it may sound Legend King IS the only name I have been using since forever (2006)

twitter @legendster as well

As for "WHO I AM"

I have goverment isued passport and PAN card I think that should cover it dont you think ?

And i cannot and would not abandon any of my id's even if i die my ghost will be using them lol provided I become a ghost after i die haha

As for collateral I STRONGLY suggest anyone who is even close to willing towards investing in my loan listings - to come and visit me personally I'll pay back the travel expense along with the loan's interest.

With that said, I do understand it is 'hard' if not impossible to find some investors with the info I have provided, What do you think I should do to get people interested into investing with me ?

If i dont have a collateral i cannot create one overnight so what can I do to overcome this >?

First, state these:

1. What is the loan for ?
2. Would you convert it into fiat ?
3. If yes on #2, then why are you not asking for fiat loan ?
4. If no on #2, can you provide collateral - for example shares or back up using fiat ?
5. Show proof of your online presence: linkedin / facebook/ any other
He can't answer those, because he's a scammer.

seriously ? thats the best you can do ? if you wanna instigate a thread war of responses or something you could just be more creative when it comes to insults, if you cant then pls dont insult someone you dont even know by calling him a scammer.

If its a norm to consider every newbie here a scammer then I';d say every american is an idiot every german is racist and every russian is a communist -_-  Embarrassed

Proof of the duration of using ebay and paypal can be seen on my btcjam page where I have linked the accounts : https://btcjam.com/users/3306

Reason for loan : Want to buy mining hardwares from BFL and invest/trade with the remainder on btcjam and mtgox

To be honest I have never taken a loan before hence I dont really understand the FIAT loan if you could elaborate it'd be delightful.
From what I understand - It would be preferable if I could convert it to fiat hence when i repay I'd be paying the Bitcoin's value in USD (the Fiat currency) but wouldnt that mean i will have to go through numerous exchangers to re convert that money back to bitcoins & incur transaction fees all the while hence I think I'd stick with Bitcoins - but it all depends on thelender on how he wants to invest.

I have no collateral to show or deposit at most i can show the transaction details of my most actively used bank account and my paypal's transaction - If I had the money or assets to afford 25 BTC myself i wouldnt be asking for a loan.
