Karl says it best when he says be a man (or woman). No offense meant by this. Karl doesn't mean to offend anyone when he says this. All he means is,
do it man to man, whatever you do with government.
Get an attorney to guide you through the legal system processes. But don't be a client of the attorney. Let him be your co-council. Then talk to the PEOPLE in government, man to man, not man to a governmental office, not a represented man to government.
How do you do this? Do it the same way you would send a greeting card to your next-door neighbor. Except for one thing. Certified mail. Registered mail if you want the government person to receive it immediately. And, finally, process server. Man to man.
After all, a government without people can't do anything... not one thing. So, it is people holding government offices doing it to you. In other words, it is people. Talk to people man to man.
Ultimately, if people don't respond, make
your claim in your (qwik2learn) court at Federal Court (in your State).
You really need to watch:
Karl Lentz at Johnson City Tennessee - April 16th 2016
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qN3MI70PFBwIt is almost 6 hours long, but it gives you a lifetime of easy law. After all, what's 6 hours compared with some humongous fine by government... especially if you can get the fine out them instead, for filing a false complaint/claim against you? Download it and use it for reference until you know what you are doing.
Could you summarize the process needed to liquidate the commercial contracts (CoLB, SS Card, Driver's License, vehicle title, etc.)?
It's called rescission of contracts. Google it. Karl's method is to be humble and polite and even sweet. "At one time I believed that blah blah blah was a benefit to me. I no longer feel that it is a benefit to me. I wish my signature to be removed from such and such ab initio."
Could you also summarize the process for acquiring property?
Thanks!
Buy the property?
Whatever it is, if it is your property, it is proper to you. For example. If your car is titled, this might appear that it belongs to government. So, when you have a problem with any man or woman ordering you to do something with your property, find out through letters what claim they, personally, not in their governmental office, have on your property. If they own part of it, then you guys own it jointly. Otherwise, charge them whatever they would have charged you in their operations... plus court costs, and inconvenience costs... for making a false claim on your property.
Don't go off half cocked. Karl says to make this (being a man) a lifestyle.
