Karl Lentz is one of a small handful of people who are showing us something that is hidden in American law. This hidden thing is that, done properly, you can sue anybody for making a false claim or complaint against you, especially if they take your property without permission. Karl's focus is on helping people get their kids back when government arbitrarily take them out of their parents' home. But what he does works on anything, like protecting you from your average traffic ticket when you haven't harmed anyone by your driving.

Watch (listen to the phone call) as Karl tries to protect the prosecuting attorney from his own unlawful prosecution of a case.

While the video, above, isn't about taxation, Karl shows us how we can shut the IRS and city and State tax systems down, individually (with a bit of help from friends). I'm surprised more people aren't interested.

Cool

While I can see he raises at lot of controversial issues, this person won't get much attention from the public really. Its just too trite and common now adays, people figure these kind of guys are just attention whore.  Even the users here in bitcointalk don't even care about his guy. he can do whatever he wants really.

Thanks for this important information.

This is just the point. The public has been stupid enough to listen to the legal system regarding taxation. And it is the taxation that supports the legal system. So, there you have it.

People are simply too stupid to be free. Government makes sure that people have TV, cellphones, and a bunch of fun things, and then takes a bite out of their paycheck each month while people play with their government supplied toys.

So, thanks for pointing this out to us. A few folks might read this and understand how they are being screwed by the legal system, and take action for themselves.

I'm going to go watch that section from my last Youtube link, above, again. It's so humorous to me, how government sets us up for failure right in school.

D ..How much do you pay him for his services looks like he worth 1 dollar..
Imagine him in court they think you just found him on the streets..
The thing that Karl has been attempting is to wake the country up as to how easy it is to beat Government.

There are 2 basics to this:
1. American law is founded in man-to-man relationships and agreements, not man-to-government or government-to-man;
2. You can beat government nearly 100% of the time, in court, when they attack you, for something done in private.

Of course he would like donations. Many of us would.

And also stop posting for yourself to make it look like everybody interested no one cares Cheesy Cheesy..
Chuckle. I wish you would change your handle. I get hungry for popcorn every time I see it.

I bet you got 3 bitcointalk accounts and you talk to yourself Cheesy Cheesy..
See what your religion is doing to your brain your going crazy Cheesy and god said NO HE NEVER IT'S ALL IN YOUR MIND..
Now stop posting multiple times on your own thread ..To make yourself look good .. Grin

Taking and filling orders like this starts at $250,000 worth of bitcoins each order... at the going Bitcoin rate within the 3 hours following the placing of your order. No Bitcoin, no order acceptance. Bitcoin amounts less than the going rate as stated, will be considered donations. Let me know when you are ready to pay, and we'll get into the deeper details.

Karl says it best when he says be a man (or woman). No offense meant by this. Karl doesn't mean to offend anyone when he says this. All he means is, do it man to man, whatever you do with government.

Get an attorney to guide you through the legal system processes. But don't be a client of the attorney. Let him be your co-council. Then talk to the PEOPLE in government, man to man, not man to a governmental office, not a represented man to government.

How do you do this? Do it the same way you would send a greeting card to your next-door neighbor. Except for one thing. Certified mail. Registered mail if you want the government person to receive it immediately. And, finally, process server. Man to man.

After all, a government without people can't do anything... not one thing. So, it is people holding government offices doing it to you. In other words, it is people. Talk to people man to man.

Ultimately, if people don't respond, make your claim in your (qwik2learn) court at Federal Court (in your State).

You really need to watch:
Karl Lentz at Johnson City Tennessee - April 16th 2016

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qN3MI70PFBw

It is almost 6 hours long, but it gives you a lifetime of easy law. After all, what's 6 hours compared with some humongous fine by government... especially if you can get the fine out them instead, for filing a false complaint/claim against you? Download it and use it for reference until you know what you are doing.

Could you summarize the process needed to liquidate the commercial contracts (CoLB, SS Card, Driver's License, vehicle title, etc.)?
It's called rescission of contracts. Google it. Karl's method is to be humble and polite and even sweet. "At one time I believed that blah blah blah was a benefit to me. I no longer feel that it is a benefit to me. I wish my signature to be removed from such and such ab initio."

Could you also summarize the process for acquiring property?
Thanks!

Buy the property?

Whatever it is, if it is your property, it is proper to you. For example. If your car is titled, this might appear that it belongs to government. So, when you have a problem with any man or woman ordering you to do something with your property, find out through letters what claim they, personally, not in their governmental office, have on your property. If they own part of it, then you guys own it jointly. Otherwise, charge them whatever they would have charged you in their operations... plus court costs, and inconvenience costs... for making a false claim on your property.

Don't go off half cocked. Karl says to make this (being a man) a lifestyle.
