I don't see how Bitcoin will help here, the transaction safety is way cool than Fiat but people will still prefer to use Fiat instead because it's more supported than Bitcoin presently, many still don't know what crypto is, it's like only 1% of world population is into crypto

Yes, bitcoin is indeed a very good solution at this time, because through fiat money any virus will spread faster, not only coronavirus, because the circulation of fiat money from one hand to another is a common thing in life, so choosing bitcoin as payment, or saving assets is very good, just not all of the items we can buy with bitcoin, because until now there are not many stores that serve payments through bitcoin, so this is a barrier for bitcoin at this time.

This is not realistic yet because the world population is not all aware of the cryptocurrency. Not everyone who's aware of it can use it and not everyone who is I to cryptocurrency is safe to transact funds from one end to the other. Mass adoption is yet far for cryptocurrency.

I don't see people actually using Bitcoin or really any sort of cryptocurrency more as a result of the global pandemic that's currently happening. Cryptocurrencies are generally just unfamiliar to most people, and the volatility that's common with crypto that we've been experiencing as of recently is also unattractive to newer crypto users. If anything, already established services like PayPal are probably getting more traffic and volume as a result of this.

Why use bitcoin if you can just as well send electronic fiat to each other? Delivery services around the world will probably not accept bitcoin.
And then what do quarantined people do? Forward bitcoin to each other until they die?

One of the ways to transmit the virus is by touching or having contact to the things that is from the infected person, that is why receiving a physical money from other people is dangerous that any time you might get infected. So it might be a huge chance for bitcoin and cryptocurrency to be used by a lot of people because ir will be more convenient and safe for all of us who is about to purchase goods at the supermarket.

I have also made a Thread that discusses thing like this https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/corona-is-spreading-in-many-countries-bitcoin-is-a-solution-for-transactions-5231131.  Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin or Altcoins) is very good to be used as a means of payment in these conditions, but education about cryptocurrencies has not been evenly distributed so it will be very difficult to apply throughout the world today.  Digital payments such as Paypal, Credit Cards, Skrill and others are the most convenient to make as alternative payment at a time like this..

a good idea to be bitcoin as an alternative to conventional payments to avoid corona, but as far as I know some countries affected by corona still do not allow this transaction, and also transactions using e-money are still superior compared to cryptocurrency.

It might helped if we introduced bitcoin as payment on many shops but now we are not having much places which accepts crypto currencies so this will be only acts as storage of value for financial crisis all over the world.

Don't be afraid of corona, just build your immune system then you have 99% of getting recovered even after the virus attack.

To be honest, people are already using money transactions with digital, but not with crypto.
This is like every country's fiat money in digital form and can be used for daily activities.
Imagine buying groceries for $ 1-5 with a fee of over $ 0.5, it will feel difficult.
So you mean it happened but didn't use crypto.

In my own personal opinion, maybe this is really the time for bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies to be recognized and known by a lot of people all over the world because using cryptocurrency can also help us to prevent the virus from spreading when we are making purchases in malls or other stores.

Maybe in the near future, but for now, bitcoin is not the way out as a preventive measure for all nations.

There are several countries who do not recognize or term bitcoin as a payment of service, and mind you'; you can only buy or sell with bitcoin as payment mode if the other party admits or agrees to receive payment in btc.

So for now, lets stay safe and continue to educate those around us about the importance of bitcoin and crypto currency to the world.

I get what you are trying to say in your post but I don't think it is practical to use Bitcoin right now although it helps prevent the transfer of the virus. During these lockdown and quarantines, a currency that still not accepted by most stores all over the world like Bitcoin isn't going to help much. People will still prefer to use fiat because it is a legal tender in all countries and more convenient to use. You have to remember also that online payments using digital fiat is available too.
