It does not make sense to hold any memecoin for future, they are not serious coins and nothing serious should be expected from them long term.
Even though dogecoin has been around for some years now and also could be regarded as the oldest among all memecoins (i suppose) still not a great buy for long term imo. i will rather buy btc for long term hold, any memecoin can easily lose value and community backing but btc will always be strong with solid community.

Even though I don't like meme coins, I think DOGE will still be the best in the future. When compared to PEPE or SHIBA I still prefer DOGE. I think it is the world's first meme coin. And of course I feel DOGE is better than the other two.
Shiba inu was the best one compared with other meme token in the market even doge coin itself. Shiba inu has real product and it can also be used by so many people. Doge coin has its own blockchain which is sometime useful for payment system but not for pepe. Pepe was actually a garbage token that being used to scam others. It's no more than a garbage meme token.

Being the oldest and was said to be more decentralized than any other memecoin. its a meme coin that has its own blockchain so pretty much a stand alone project unlike the 2.
Shib can be a sucess though of they could follow their roadmap with its Shibarium. I'm not very updated but when you look at the ranking, Shib still had been up there for a long time. Holders are still holding on.

If only asking about memecoin I think it would be Dogecoin, because it is the source of everything, indeed without the hype about dogecoin from Elon Musk before then the memecoin would not have received the description it is now. In crypto, I didn't pay much attention to Dogecoin before but when the price was pushed up so fast it made me have to rummage through the places where I bought it in the past, there were indeed a lot of irregularities suspicious to me. I'll always go with the original. So for me, Dogecoin. And as you can see Dogecoin is also solving a lot of problems because it has a lot of use cases which for me is the best for tipping currency because it's cheap and has low transaction fees when sending it to someone.

Honestly who cares they are all useless and will be a footnote in the history of crypto soon enough. The fact that people even think there is a chance these projects will survive is comical. Doge possibly because it was the first and has first mover advantage. But all of these other wierd memecoins will soon head off to the altcoin graveyard with the rest of the useless projects.
Your answer is really terrible. Memecoin is not only judged by the product and what they are running, but from the community,
I know Doge doesn't have a product, but blockchain and the community made by Doge are really extraordinary and deserve to be top 1 memecoin now,
even elon musk also likes Doge, for Shib, Floki or Pepe also have their community and they are strong it's just not as perfect as Doge,

I have no idea about the project development of SHIB or PEPE. The only time i had SHIB was when one of the casino i was gambling gave a giveaway and i claimed them in SHIB other than that i never purchased them and the number of coins used as transaction charge is insane. The same with PEPE, never bothered to enter but then heard many made a fortune, the only meme coin i used is DOGE and after the rally during the last bull run i was able to make a lucky substantial profit and sold everything and i am yet to use them after that but in my mind it is the only meme coin that will last till the next decade.

Do we really need to know who will be the future number 1 as far as this meme coins though? DOGE has proven itself in the last bull run and some big shot (ehem, ehem, Elon Musk) has influence the price that it went so high and everyone thought that it will go parabolic and remain like that.
So that is the moral lessons here, even if PEPE or SHIB takes over and become number 1, it doesn't matter, yes maybe there will be investors who are going to make money, but the question is that it doesn't have used case so the hype won't last and most likely most individuals might lose big money in the end because they got late on the bandwagon or simply everyone is dumping.

I think the market will respect the first one that we have laid eyes on and that's the Dogecoin. Although we never know for certain on what will be their main use case in the crypto sphere they will all remain don't have the brightest future for me. The answer can be known easily. Doge is the real winner here. it's not comparable with another copy cat token like shiba inu or even pepe token. Meme tokens will always rely to the hype. No hype and no pump.

Just like Bitcoin being always the number one crptocurrency because it is the first mover in crypto. I guess it’s no brainer to determine the answer to this question because meme coin like pepe and shib will never have a spotlight like this without Dogecoin being hype ang bring meme coin to popularity.
I believe the failure of Doge will drag down all the meme coins so Dogecoin will always be on the top for meme coin category. There’s no way some random meme coin will overtake the one who starts everything.
