I just want to reference some important points to the rules and deductions that could follow for some clarification and to ensure we are all playing in accordance with the rules of OP and helping to keep the serenity of the thread as well. It’s a suggest for meriting thread and as such, it’s not a thread far from abuse except/even if a few things are started more clearly.

I’ll beacon on OP to permit me to bring to top what we do not get and what we get from the OP before presenting some points to it that I think could ensure users aren’t faulting the rules to the thread as I suspect is being done frequently. Mind you, am not subjecting anything to discussion here but, just trying to get the attention of the OP to certain impressions and hope the rest of the users on here don’t see this for an avenue to spam with inferred and assumed ideas. My apologies in advance if this might be a little uncalled for!


While OP has made certain commitments to users that makes use of the thread, I think I find a lot of users just posting head on without a clear notion on if, the previous submissions have been looked at or not. I think some of the means that could have marked that is, if a user got merited but clearly, not everyone is would get that and it’s very much a part of what you do not get as started which is largely based on OP’s judgement on post which is also forum intuitive.

A way around oneself would have been checking on other users to have an idea of where OP have been but, we aren’t basing the system on meriting applications but rather referred posts which could push users into looking up OP’s sent out merits (^{I’ve done that few times}) in an attempt to locate where OP have been on the thread to decide on if, am in the clear to drop a new submission but, I couldn’t get that conclusion. Hence, I’ve only got 1 submission in about 3weeks of participation. Haven’t been long but, the 2weeks application period puts me in the clear while, the until review is done rule tells me not to.

Now, a few other rules states;
The first prompts users to submit entries as per two weeks of interval:
This could mean, users haven’t stayed for a period of two weeks and didn’t get or get merited proceed with submitting yet another entry. This could easily flood the thread with entries as I see it been done by most of my peers.

The second rule that prohibits submission except OP haven’t viewed;
I perceive this to override the first but I could be wrong. If am not wrong, then we can find the difficulty in keeping to the second rule in not having any clear indicator of where OP is on the thread from where OP has been.

Hence, with your permission @fillippone, may I suggest on some modification to OP for users to determine when in the clear for an entry:

1. A statement to point out the start for new entries.

It’s all it could take as users would look out for that statement before publishing any entry and the fate of previous entries.
Like myself, I’ve made just 1 entry since I found the thread and with regards to the above quote rules as per not faulting or contradicting them and not being able to determine when am in the clear for a new entry while trying to keep the serenity of the thread, I make this post for possible update or clarification.

Note: This is in no way a means to subject OP or users to any form of discussion and OP could delete this post or ask me to delete if it pleases OP to do so. Thank you!

This is a member who, despite knowing the rules, submitted multiple reports a week earlier and deleted his posts as a mistake when another member pointed them out.

As per the new rules here a member can make subsequent application only when the previous application is seen by the OP. It is clearly seen here that his application number 6 has not been seen so far, then why has he again submitted application number seven. Now surely he has no opportunity to say that he has mistakenly submitted report number seven again.

drawing your attention to the matter.

Sorry for interrupting this thread. Just want to inform that this user (Kamasylvia) is using AI bot for all or nearly all of his posts. Hope you'll take that into account when making a decision about meriting his posts.

The submission format is correct, however, because in the rules set by the OP there is a round limit for each person who makes an application here. It would be a good idea if you also added the number of submission rounds to this submission so that it would be easier for the OP to calculate it.

It seems you have brought formatting from elsewhere into this thread which is a mistake. Because this thread also has special rules that must be read by everyone who submits a post here and I think you didn't read any rules when submitting a post here so you have submitted 10 posts at the same time with the wrong format.

Put all those links in the title of where you made the post and look at the formatting on the first page because that is the part of the code that OP has specified for everyone to follow. Apart from that, the OP will also know what board you are posting on when you have used the correct format because there are several boards that the OP excluded.

U are required to submit 5 of ur best post but with what am seeing it seems u didn't read the rules in page one  before posting .u need to go back to page one and go through the rules of this thread .so u HV edit ur post and delete 5 bcos am seeing 10.

Very true because not following the rules is as good as breaking the rules which will make fillippone to skip your application, better to edit and follow the right format of post review application submission you can look at the ops to get a better understanding of the acceptable application format and which information to include in the comments.

U need to edit ur posts bcos  there are so many things that is lacking in it, such as the title of the posts, the board de posts was made .go back to page one u will see the format on how to do it. bcos wat am only seeing here is just ur address link.
