People would appreciate your efforts although you can just check these threads out instead.
- [self-moderated] Report unmerited good posts to Merit Source (You can check each submissions there and judge whether the posts deserves merits.)
- Since you mentioned that you want to help others as well to rank up, check this thread out Bitcointalk Ranking-up pipeline- Those close to their next rank (lacking Merits)

You have earned 21 merits, meaning you have just around 10 smerits to send, i consider that too small to start a merit giveaway thread, except of course if you are looking for more merits from this thread, merit giveaways make sense when they are run by merit sources who have their source merit replenished after 30 days, that way they can give out more smerits and keep the thread active for a pretty long time. So i would advise you look for posts that meet your merit criteria and give merits to them without starting a thread for that.
2. No newbie account is allowed unless you feel your post or topic really deserve merit.
Why wouldn't you consider sending merits to newbies, if many users have likewise mindset then you prolly might not have earned any yourself.

I never thought that I would rank up this fast but it is what it is, I want to give back to the community some smerit that I have in my possession since they are not useful for me than to help others rank up so here is the thing, drop me a link to one of your best topic or comment so far. .

1. Must be created in 2022.
