This kind of situation happen from time to time. Come one guy, think about the bright side. It's time to invest some serious money, take all you have convert to bitcoin, of course I wouldn't recommend to all in your money, but invest smart and carefully at this crazy moment is really smart choice. Price drop buy it, price up sell it, repeat this step.
I feel like too many people are taking all this controversy way too personally and too seriously. Listen, if you are losing sleep over any of this, you perhaps you could think about taking a break.
Whatever happens, it is no big deal. It's not like your life or even your livelihood depends on the future of Bitcoin. If it does, then perhaps you have made mistake by getting so involved, and it might be better to fix that first before worrying about fixing Bitcoin.

I don't really feel like it's that rough of a time. I'm still at at least double what I paid for each coin. Whether we're at $1250CAD or $1700CAD I'm still blown away.
That is what I am thinking for the last 12 hours. Just looking at the price and telling myself to calm down. Don't want to regret any decision that I will make.
Until now it is going deeper but I always think this is just normal. This is bitcoin so this happens as always.

Some of us is losing hope,
WTF are you losing hope over? Because we've had a price drop in the last week? Hello, welcome to bitcoin!! This is nothing compared to 2013-14. We're just seeing some volatility and idiots selling and losing money doing so. If you really believe in bitcoin, just suck it up--and probably don't check the price for a month or so. Just don't look at it. People are losing their minds over this BU thing, and I can't say I understand it at all. Transaction fees are what they are. I think btc can survive just fine as a store of value. It doesn't have to work as a currency. 
Bitcoin has already faced tough ages like this earlier and has sucessfully survived.Bitcoin will succeed this time also,but what we need is a little bit of patience and the present situations are deliberately created by BU supporters to fill up their pockets.Its temporarily a good time for the shit altcoins which used to bleed during the bitcoin rally.
It is not any bAd time .the price of bitcoins have gone down a lot and at the same time the transactions are goinh up .i guess the price of bitcoins will go up after 1 month , well in this time we gotta be patient and wait for the price hike.
That is right, bitcoin may get it price lower but the thing is, it is bitcoin's character, being an unpredictable price. Well it happens always in the past wheere it also reach $1200 then drop to $200 which is a really a worst drop. But i dont think that it will reach that low price.
It is possible for the bitcoins price to hit that lower price which is $200, but let's not hope that it will happen, because it will be a nightmare and many bitcoin users would be discourage to earn bitcoin anymore just because of this price drop that we are experiencing right now. We have to face the reality that bitcoin is going to face this kind of days, but I know that this is just for temporary because of this Hardfork cause by the BTU if I'm not mistaken.
I don't know when will the next PUMP of bitcoin to hit its next target price which is $1500, and because of this current price drop, many bitcoin users do panic selling rather than they could have nothing at all in return which is really a bad decision they could ever make.
I also hope that it is just temporary, hard fork is coming and it is now an issue, many dont like these and I think they are winning to change bitcoin core.
The weak hands need those advise, but to those who really knows bitcoin will trust the system and will keep tight their coins. What is happening right now, all that debate and price going down is just a small bump caused by FUD. it may take some time but it will be settled and bitcoin will come on top of this.
Yeah. switching coins are for the weak hearted traders, for me I am seeing this dump as an opportunity to gain profit from it. Seeing a huge dump from $1300 to $900 is a great opportunity to buy bitcoins while it is still low and wait for it to pump. There may be lots of intrigues and controversies appearing since the BTU Lauch has been revealed. I don't see bitcoin dying in the future since it is well established than any other currency out there.

yeah right, for those who already knows bitcoin character they will not be affected but those newcomers and weak holders, for sure they will fall from this maybe more and more positive inputs are needed to let them hold and never to dump with their loses. bitcoin will surely rise up again just believe and never loses your hard earned investment.

Yeah there are many stressful things happening right now in Bitcoin like the scaling debate, hardfork, BTU network got attack and lots of nodes gone down. Everybody is losing their minds i guess we need some kind of icebreaker to all these.

Stay strong guys, these are hard times. Periods like this can make a man age in a month 5 years. It's okay to be optimistic, but always take into consideration the worst things possible. Don't do anything stupid if you lose too much !

Nice one. Some of us is losing hope, faith and the will to go in these days. BTC price is going down again yet don't crumble. Hard times is part of our lives. Be cautious of what's going on out there, if not we're just going to lose. Stress and over thinking won't help. We step into this field with risk, so along the road risk is present. Bitcoin is a product of human intellect and anything that is made by us can be gone in a matter of seconds. Losing is hard to bear tho' but losing heart does more damage. Keep moving forward if there are hard times there are also good times and a brighter future is coming.

It always comes back. I don't have any bitcoin yet, but I've been watching it for quite awhile now. I am hoping that this may be an opportunity for me ta get into the bitcoin business. If it gets cheap enough I'm getting me some. I have also been looking at some of the altcoins, I have a few I think might be good-they are sleepers.

Yeah gone are the days when you can still transact lower than $1 and you can send it much lower than what paypal and other traditional payment processor is charging,bitcoin transactions is very much different than used to be 3 years ago,I guess it's something to do with to many people transacting daily or the huge number of transactions..
