How did the work out for you? With the mentor
Let's take it straight and simple, you don't meet a good trader on any dating website. What you're going to find there are a bunch of scammers behind their monitors portraying as if they're a real trader and a woman, very classic love/romantic scam so don't believe with high numbers being told on how much they earn. Because a real person that earns a lot, is lowkey and silent.

How did the work out for you? With the mentor

Did you even try to read past the initial post from the thread opener? Be honest (mainly to yourself as you're quite a newbie here). I'm to near 100% certain that what the original poster describes is a very well known scam scheme. There's no beautiful young asian woman, there will only be a loss of money if the red flags don't bring the user to proper reason.

As a newbie, read and follow forum rules, do not plagiarize and read more of a thread before you post something to avoid posting bullshit and showing everybody that you were lazy to get the gist of a thread at least to some necessary extend.

Ops should not be tempted so they can be deceived because of course when we come to a dating website it is to find someone suitable for dating, if you have gone astray with dating things it is very likely that the woman is a fraud or maybe she is not a woman because many use fake profiles to cheat, especially when the woman says something that looks easy when in reality it's not like that. Op accustomed to trading Forex it would be better to stay there because scammers are everywhere.

You shouldn't trust the woman too much because you don't really know her for real and even if you do know her, you shouldn't trust her easily. Because you risk your money to trade, so you have to do it with your own knowledge.
it's funny if you trust a woman you know from a dating site, and if she's one of those professional crypto members especially in trading, it doesn't make sense. Most of those who are professionals don't have dating sites because they are pointless and just a waste of time.
I hope the OP should be more careful because those dating sites are not all true and most of them are fake and run scams.

I was following the post to see where it would end and made my conclusion that it was a scam the moment he said she instructed him to not trade on Coinbase since it doesn't offer the features that her platform does. That alone is enough to send you running for the hills. "She" has no funds kept and only wants to collect yours. I quickly ran a check on the site she provided for him and the website is a subsite of a main site which has red flags. site-check

If I were to advise the Op, it's best to not get yourself swayed by all this beautiful portfolios and enticing offers because that's how scam comes.

She tells me to Buy Bitcoin and keep it for 60 seconds and then sell it.

You know this made me think, to be honest, after you buy Bitcoin you just hold it for around 60 seconds or 1 min. is sold immediately, does that mean that the woman will get an immediate profit after a minute? because it seems you didn't mention that there is immediate profit within 1 min.

However, it's still different because we learn by doing our trading activity in an exchange, not just what others say, but it's better not to immediately believe such things.
therefore we must be able to filter what people say about trading, so that we have experience and know what is true and what is not. many people become mentors even though they haven't been able to make consistent profits, because the most difficult part of trading is psychology, and this is what the individual should be able to measure. don't let us get carried away with a wrong understanding of trading, because in the end we use real money to trade

I wonder what happened to OP after reading all of the post here. I hope he didn't pursued with the woman he talk on a dating site. There are too many red flags and one of them is teaching how to trade on a dating site? Such a weird way situation. I believe that there is a scam motive in here so be careful since scammers are being clever nowadays, imagine finding a victim on a dating site where majority of the users there don't know how to trade and this girl explained and show OP how easy to get profit on crypto in just 60 seconds. Absolute bs to be honest.

If OP did, then it would be absurd. Most likely the supposed "woman" may not even be a woman but a male disguised as a woman to trick unsuspecting people. Clever trick to tell him to execute a trade on coinbase in 1 minute when even Bitcoin doesn't do a reasonable price movement in that short amount of time. Since no known legitimate CEX doesn't offer that feature, it's so convenient that her favourite trading platform offers that feature out of the box. One rule that has always helped me in sus situations like this is that, if something is too good to be true, then it's probably not true.

I have made my peace with that rule and it makes it easy for me to easily spot scams.

I think This post should be moved to the Off Topic Section or Trading Discussion not here in the Marketplace.

also I don't get the point of this post? are you offering something here?
He does not even asking as for anything but just telling a story that produced that Specific site for trading meaning one thing for me and that is He is advertising that site for all of us to visit and nothing more.
sorry but I am not interested in reading and also telling him to transfer all His account from coinbase to that site? doesn't he even think that this can be a scam attempt ?
It's the woman in the story who asks money for him but maybe the story is only made up and the real intention of the OP is to promote his site. Let's only be careful because that site is not familiar to us. There are still real story who has the same theme or scheme as what the OP had shared but if the woman only wants to teach us how to trade, then why he must ask for our money?

We are supposed to be the ones who will trade on our own, in order to test our ability if we are already good at trading or not, right after the women taught us. When it comes to practicing, we can be able to practice trading even without real money involved. We will only use a demo account.
I do have that same feeling that it is really just that an indirect way on telling about his website and making up some stories to make it look realistic but in overall its not really that good to trust up someone specially online or someone who you dont know. Lots of scammers would really be luring you in on making such deposit and its true that when it comes to money then scammers would really be doing their best on doing their act
and they would really be lots of things to make you convince that you would make out deposit. We know that men are really that too weak when being approach by some beautiful woman or gal which it would really be
be making our masculine instinct to kick in. Because of this then you would really be losing on your real self or composure because of such distraction which might lead into making up some bad decisions.
If you are a type of person who do easily get attracted with beautiful face then you should watch out with these kind of modus.

The way the "woman" charms you is like a classic scam that happens on many dating sites. I think an average profit of 10k per month is achievable if she is only a professional trader, and generally they don't have the time just to give random beginners guidance specifically because it will return them nothing.
I hope you haven't fallen too much into that woman's trap. Better forget this story, you will not get a sweet ending.
Spot on... if it were a man would the OP be floored by his handsomeness. OP was just targeted. A novice in crypto who wants to make money as quickly as possible. Sadly, the person on the other side could be real or fake. The good thing is that you have this platform that have cleared your doubts on this... do not think that they won't devise another strategy to come at you from another website. They will. Well keep this in mind- the more question you ask, the less likely you are to be scammed.

when I read this story I confess that I couldn't stand it and started laughing, that's because the OP is someone who knows about trading, at least that's what I could conclude from reading the story, but OP wanted to earn more money without much effort and without putting in a lot of money and that's why he was tempted when this woman appeared with this very good proposal in theory but in practice it was a clear scam. making money from trading is not easy and few people manage to make money from trading, talking about having 100k and earning 10k is something very unrealistic

we all know that it's hard to make a consistent profit by trading and you need to have a big capital to make a decent profit but that you will always have losses, so if someone had 100k and was trading that person would also have losses, and would hardly have 10% profit constantly and losses would not be low either, which is why, in the opinion, the best option is to buy and do hodl for a long time, but at least 1 year. do not fall into greed and high profits and easy to trade, this is not good at all, scammers will always make unrealistic promises and offers

Unfortunately there are a lot of people who fall victim to these things and that's a terrible tragedy but it just happens, there is nothing we can stop this from happening. They will find a way to convince you that they are "beautiful young woman" who likes to help you, and one way or another they will get some money from you, that's a sad thing but it's the reality, there is nothing wrong with being a male and desiring after a woman, but this is obviously for finance and you should not be doing that at all.

I highly suggest people are more careful with what they are doing so that they would be smarter with their money. I know that it will be hard to be alone for a long time, I know you feel like you need some connection, but a fake one is a lot worse.

She tells me to Buy Bitcoin and keep it for 60 seconds and then sell it.

I really wonder why no one is talking about this side of the scam. What is the volatility rate of bitcoin that will give you such a huge return within 60 secs? Grin
It’s too obvious that the woman is just trying to scam, how will you  be providing free signal on a dating site, so what’s the woman get after getting giving you the free signal, and why is the woman recommending a site to the Op where he will be trading? The Op should just be very smart because the format which the woman is trying to use is kind of cheap to me.

Also why will you trade and within 60sec you will be in profit already, crypto is not like that and I have the believe that anyone promising you profits in a specific period of time is just trying to scam you, nobody knows when bitcoin is going pump or dump, you can’t just enter a trade and expect good profit within 60 seconds.

Since i saw the word woman in your thread that are giving you free signals seems like skeptical on my that there's no shady activity under it, if the conversation on you both does not have a money involve or buying a services its good but base on your statement.

She gives me another trade, with the same instructions, Buy and hold on for 60 seconds and then sell. But I don't know how to do that. Bitcoin goes up and up.
I'm amazed at how this professional group is able to do this.

She said that I can't trade on Coinbase because it doesn't offer the features that her platform does. On her platform, she can Buy and hold on to it and Sell it in 60 seconds. You can't do that with Coinbase.
So she wants me to transfer all of my Coinbase money into the platform she uses, which is:
BitContractPro

She has $100,000 in her account. She averages $10,000 a month.
She will teach me how to trade on that platform.

In 60 seconds there's a lot of thing happens already in the market and its not because of his doing because of the market volatility seems like she got you during the timing of the pump and of course showing you how to earn immediately will be caught your attention. Another thing is why need to take another platform if the coinbase even binance is ideal to use with, its good if you make an update here on what platform she recommends you to use so members verify if this is reliable or a phishing scam.

Haha from the title i did assume that there is going to be nothing related to trading and most of the people are coming to read the story they are not interested in the trading because they know it very well, So i am also here for the same reason but seems like some of them are really serious  Grin Grin
This is a forum and its not surprising that feedbacks and comments would really be entirely different to each other on which there are ones who would be serious and there are ones who do know on where it would be going or just simply telling out the truth basing up on their past experiences on which i do feel that this is really just simply indirectly trying out to show or telling about the website that op is telling.

Newbie ones are most likely get victimized with this kind of introduction on which on the time that they do see that there's something that pertains about sure profits then they would really be tending to dive in
without having that proper research on things. It might sound impossible or dumb but there are actually people who do easily fall with these obvious traps.

When we do trade then there's no other people should really be handling out our money and dont easily make out deposits on places on which you dont know.Always stick up with the current
or best ones in the market and you would really be making yourself get able to avoid on things.

trust no one this space, everyone tends to put themselves first and that's okay, I'm my number one priority.
If the lady's so eager to help, let her share the platform with you, you make your research too to be sure you're not been mislead even though your story says so already.
Be careful, women are not an exemption of scamming activities this days.
It is a priority for all of us not to easily trust other people we know from the internet. As long as we don't do or do anything related to it, we will be safe. But most people will be interested in trying it because the offer costs little money. But after that, they get stuck e in difficult conditions and lose their money.

Many people have experienced this, so we must prevent ourselves from becoming victims of it. It's always better to be careful and not immediately follow what other people suggest before getting more information so we can avoid getting caught up in the scam.

We should research more about them to get clearer information that will make it easier for us to decide. Let us not be fooled by offers that look good to be true because they are unlikely. If something good might come true, surely many people have tried it but will be deceived in the end.
