I can't influence on the outcome of mediators.

I would just duplicate member "coolcoinz" post.

Metaspins casino clearly is doing shady business by asking a player accused of multi accounting to do KYC procedure, and once he was able to do that, accusing him of multi accounting.

It's very easy to change the IP in the database and then provide a screenshot of the login. Metaspins casino could fabricate a fake login attempt within minutes, as well as change players password, login time and everything else, so asking for a screenshot the DB, or a log file, would make no sense.

I'm warning everyone who reads this thread that there's a high chance Metaspins casino block Your account (multi account reason) , manipulate with evidence and NOT pay out Your winnings.


I would recommend stay away from Metaspins casino.

This is two in a row already and it badly hurt OP's complaint, I just noticed that are confiscating all balance while on the other casinos, they just returned the deposit I can cite Betcoin.ag there is a flaw in the Metaspin system too if they are restricting people from some countries they should now allow these people from joining and this is what members notice on this complaint, and I consider this as a trap and I recommend that Metaspin return the deposited amount

Bitcointalk will only rely on the other three unless someone from here comes out and volunteer to be a third-party mediator, he should be independent have not worked in any gambling campaign but has knowledge on tracing fake documents and screenshots, I know the feeling if you are innocent and you are accuse of cheating and there's a big amount involved.
I hope you can do a follow-up on the case of the other two, it's hard to make an opinion if we are still waiting for other reports and you are very eager to prove your innocence.

I agree with the warning, all user have to be careful and of course have to worry about the possibility of non-paying wins [especially big wins]. Until today this problem has not been solved, even the casino has not tried to return user deposits as a final solution. But let's see what happens, but there must be a big warning to the credibility of the casinos due to this case.

None of these question were answered.

I'm not a gambling operator but I do own sites where I can trace visitors' activities and behaviors and the exact machine or device they've actually used and on what location usually latitude and longitude a lot of plugins can do this, a PHP site or WordPress site is very much different from a casino, one of the casino's script main features is an anti-cheat system.

I don't know how it worked but we all know casinos' defense that they have to protect the integrity of their anti-cheat to avoid cheaters from tweaking it since you file for mediation on 3 more platforms we'll wait for more updates until we come to conclusion on who's telling right but so far Metaspin has the edge, you really have to push it if you think you are innocent I think we are going to learn a lot here.

Metaspins shared the link to the LCB thread where your complaint was rejected and the mediator agreed with the casino's findings. Can you post the complaint links from the remaining sites?

I would advice you to focus on the matter at hand. What happens with US and Dutch players won't help your case. Curacao licenses restrict those countries and several others, like Germany, France, the UK, etc. It's your job and each player's job to thread the TOS and rules of the service you sign up for.

I agree with you on this point. But, crypto casinos work differently from traditional fiat casinos that own licenses from strict regulators like the ones in Malta or the UK. Several years back I made Which casinos have IP blocks in place for restricted countries? The idea was exactly what you mentioned. So, I guess none of the questions were answered because they could reveal how the casino found the player cheating, even though the casino clearly is doing shady business by asking a player accused of multi accounting to do KYC procedure, and once he was able to do that, accusing him of multi accounting.

That said, the casino representative couldn't even tell us how many of these accounts were created, if they went through KYC procedure, if yes, how were they able to do it?
Were they even using a Latvian IP address like OP?

It's clear that answering these questions wouldn't in any way compromise casino's security procedures, but would shed some light on this case.

It's also clear to me that Metaspins wants to spend as little time and make as little effort as possible to interact with community here and the player who had his deposit seized without being provided a single piece of evidence.

Let's not forget the player won a large amount of money at Metaspins and did that without the use of any other accounts. OP played slots, so there was no other way to influence the game by the use of another account.

Stealing the win would already be a suspicious move by the casino, but they also stole his deposit and possibly a deposit of another player who used the same IP. It is even more suspicious now, that I see how it's being handled.

You don't have to reveal all the details showing how you detected the multiple accounts, but just a little evidence connecting the accounts with OP's and how they abused the bonus, or you could just use some trusted mediator, and we get to know about the verdict here.

If the casino doesn't want to post its proof here, fine. Then use a 3rd-party mediator. But if the mediator also doesn't agree with you, it's case closed. Especially if it's multiple different services. I would also support giving casinos negative ratings and raising flags (no matter who they are) if they deliberately steal from players.   
It's easy for them to just say that they ban your account for cheating then nothing follows after their statement, these things have to change OP is very eager to show that he is innocent of the charges they can at least do a mediation like many of us recommended so the fact can be established that the player indeed breaks a rule instead of telling him so without anything to prove, it falls to the category of deliberately stealing.
I don't see this issue resolves if they cannot show proof, it will be a reference for Metaspins.com.

Instead of just saying the OP has multiple accounts at your casino then I think you should also be transparent about your findings including proving how many accounts are registered to his name. This case doesn't have to be resolved unilaterally like this because the OP looks very confident and continues to defend himself because he doesn't  register more than one account.

Your response is positive, but I don't think it solves the problem. There are question marks, and you have to be able to prove those findings as well so that everything is clear and we know who is to blame.

Looks like Metaspins Casino will follow SCAM path until the end and not change their decision.

On lcb website I received a reply from Moderator

"Casino Rep sent us the evidence, we reviewed everything and came to the conclusion that you opened multiple accounts from the same computer and the same IP address."

My IP address is unique, and is issued from my internet service provider only to router that is located in my flat. Computer is password protected and other people simply can not access it.

That and like I wrote in this thread in the gambling section, the casino is claiming one thing and doing another.
They say "accounts were disabled and fraudulent winnings were removed." but they do not seize his winnings, but his deposits as well.
Let's hypothetically say there was an account ring and each account deposited $400 to the platform, we're talking about thousands of dollars that Metaspins has usurped. That's very convenient for the casino.

What happened::
This is my first experience with crypto casino. I live in Riga, Latvia.
7 March 2023 in the morning 11 AM local time made deposit 420 USD (0.0189 BTC). Metaspins casino has 7.9 rating on casino guru, I thought it is established, growing and honest casino. I received 100% welcome bonus and played Nolimit City video slots. I played with a 5 USD bet accordning to welcome bonus terms and conditions. Suddenly I received a huge winning and my balance become approximately 9000 USD. I completed wagering requirements and made a withdrawal request 9500 USD (0.43 BTC) it was late evening 11 PM local time.

After about 5 minutes I received email with title KYC and my withdrawal request was canceled. I followed link in email and made picture of my Passport and Selfie. Process went very fast. My KYC was verified successfully.

I put withdrawal request again and after 10 minutes I received email quote

"We are contacting you on behalf of our Fraud team.

We have now closed your account related to this email address: *****@gmail.com, due to breach of our Terms and Conditions 8.1: Only one account per person, household, IP address and computer device is allowed. Creating multiple user accounts may result in termination of the accounts and suspending of all payouts.
Your withdrawal has been cancelled and your Balance confiscated."

I have never registered in Metaspins Casino before. I never used any VPN software. I played at home with my local internet service provider SIA BITE.

In my local Latvia casino a player must provide KYC document at the moment of registration  AND player is unable to make a deposit into casino until casino management confirm  Your document.  This means HONEST casino do NOT want to even take deposit from a player from one household, IP address and one computer device.

This situation could not happen in honest casino.

It's your word against theirs at this point. Should they have to prove you have multiple accounts? Yes, I think they should. Will they? I don't know.

You feel like they should detect multiple accounts at the beginning of registration.

Whether I agree with you or not isn't relevant, but the fact that you say that leads me to believe that you do in fact have multiple accounts on their platform and feel that since they said nothing in the beginning, you should be paid.

Basically, you have violated their ToS and you should not be paid!!! I as a casino would possibly agree to give you your deposit back(best case scenario), but I feel like abusers should be penalized for their actions also. So I would say talk to their reps and see if a  compromise can happen. Nowhere in this compromise will you get any of the winnings, so don't even try to bring that in.

Casinos have some shady terms and I do not agree with all of them, but when you sign up you agree to these terms. So this is 100% on you.

What happened::
This is my first experience with crypto casino. I live in Riga, Latvia.
7 March 2023 in the morning 11 AM local time made deposit 420 USD (0.0189 BTC). Metaspins casino has 7.9 rating on casino guru, I thought it is established, growing and honest casino. I received 100% welcome bonus and played Nolimit City video slots. I played with a 5 USD bet accordning to welcome bonus terms and conditions. Suddenly I received a huge winning and my balance become approximately 9000 USD. I completed wagering requirements and made a withdrawal request 9500 USD (0.43 BTC) it was late evening 11 PM local time.

After about 5 minutes I received email with title KYC and my withdrawal request was canceled. I followed link in email and made picture of my Passport and Selfie. Process went very fast. My KYC was verified successfully.

I put withdrawal request again and after 10 minutes I received email quote

"We are contacting you on behalf of our Fraud team.
