I use NH+Rig for mine I lost money because coin and block is less.
I check your pool and other found Network Hash Rate and Pool Diff is not same.
Your Network Hash Rate : -0.04 TH, Pool Diff : +5,000 MH.
High Diff and slow network hash.
At this time Network Difficulty: 22.250-23.xxx T + your pool Diff 9,000 MH. is difficulty to found share and block.
Please help to change pool Diff from 9,000 to 5,000 or 4,000 MH. (4,000 same other pool).

Hello just want to ask about latency. I am EU based and have less than 100ms ping on other ETP pools. But when mining on stratum+tcp://eu.cryptopoolpond.com:8008, I have 470-540 ping. On US server stratum+tcp://cryptopoolpond.com:8008 I get 160-190 ping. Seems strange, like I said, never had problems with high ping, never had more than 100 ms on any EU based pool, in average I get like 40-60ms anywhere.

Maybe it stays around that because you are mining constantly AND you are finding blocks around that. Change your address to know if this stays immature or not.
