Bad advice to borrow especially as you know this is limited only for 10 person so for sure before I receive that amount there are already a lot of people provide that and secure their slot. Borrowing for the sake of promotions is usually a bad idea which is why I disagree with you here. Chances of winning these sort of promotions are on the lower side for obvious reasons.

Also, it's quite rare for forum members to win any of these big promotions based on my observations which is why I wouldn't hold my breath.
