That's right, at least you can get some evidence (screenshot it) that you are allowed to use a VPN. However, you stil have to verify that on their TOS, there should not be any policy that is contradicting to what you are doing, as that would only put you on a safe situation. VPN exist for a reason, it help us keep our privacy masking our real IP, but it comes with risk on some too, so it has to be properly done to avoid those kinds of risk.

Are you accessing the site with free vpn? they tend to cap the users connection to certain mbps or probably less than that. Aside from that it is not advisable to use free VPN because of several reasons. But regardless, the ToS clearly stated that VPN is not encouraged bytthe casino and warned that it may cause the player a problem.
