I went ahead and bought this will provide an review but as far as I can see it should work since I have been doing it in the past the similar way just not really sure about the 2 hours delivery.

You can use these generated code to any aws account. I have tried 4 codes to my own account I think you can apply it any number of time.

You are right code is valid upto 31 dec 2017 instead of 30-sept-2017. I have posted that because the email which I have received from AWS says "https://dl2.pushbulletusercontent.com/vs5ZASqL5g6Yw72kWSsDf9RKC6ER6luA/file" but when I tried to redeem it its expiry date becomes 31 dec, 2017.
