Eastern Europe has suffered centuries of occupation by the Turkish during the times of the Ottoman empire. Anyways, I don't know too much about western european prisons, but I do know, If someone gets jailed for children raping in Eastern Europe, they probably don't come out (at least in one piece), because they get some threatment from the fellow inmates. Even the sickest mass murderers hate child molesters.
