also multiple  people who were begging on btc-e for bitcoins now sent their bitcoins to that address too.

It looks it is BTC-e's address then. Though the only way to know for sure is to deposit money in your account at BTC-e and see where the BTC is transferred to.

done. its transferred to that address. this is btc-e 's address guys

I remember that btc-e addresses have been mistaken a bit often for others. In the "sheep marketplace " run wasn't a btc-e address believed to be one with the stolen coins?

Knowledge is Power
Mtgox wont let me withdraw my BTC. They're probably stealing everyone's money and I care when my money gets stolen.

Either that or they sold everyones bitcoins and halted withdrawals and theyre going to buy them back now that the price dropped and open withdrawals.

Great way to make a little profit. I guess they're learning from banks...

That's really cynical, sinister level shit...I don't think they would do that. Although at the same time...they know that if they stop withdrawals the price will drop, so they would be sure to be able to make a profit by doing this. Still, I think this is a little too tin-foil hat for me.

They got more in today and are taking them all out again.

Im surprised they didnt have the BTC in smaller increments (like 50 BTC per address) instead of piling hundreds in one, and making their transactions stand out among the others. Much more privacy if they had.

What do you hope to gain by watching this address?

Let me help you out by telling what is going to happen:

1. It is going to be drained again down to 0 over the next day or so.
2. Then more BTC is going to be transferred to it from hundreds of addresses.
3. Then it is going to be drained to 0 again.
4. This is going to happen several more times and then the address will never be used again.

How do I know all this? Well, that is something for you to figure out.

Maybe this was the retard who dumped 10,000+ coins on BTC-e in a no-limit sell order, earlier today. He filled ALL open buy orders all the way down to about $100, and the price bounced right back up. He lost a few million $ in a couple of minutes there. Hopefully that will teach people not to act in blind panic, but educate themselves before doing business.

Not a chance. I 'm willing to bet that there will be lots of panic sellers in the future too.
The only thing  that might not be the same it's the amount of coins they drop. People with 15 000 sitting on an exchanger might become and endangered species in the next years.

Ive been watching this wallet over the weekend and they've taken out all their bitcoins.
No, you haven't, because an address is not a wallet.

"Ive been watching this bank account on UBS over the weekend and they've taken out all their Euros. Millions of Euros. Anyone know who/why they could be doing that?"

... You care because...?

hahahahahaha  yeah we care.  With bitcoin we see all.  No more little secrets in that UBS bank account my friend.

So what if you can see everything? Do you entertain yourself by watching other people's BTC wallet transactions?

My point exactly.

A new trend is born , Bitcoin watching. At least is less harmful that hidden cams or up skirts fetishes some people have..

If you knew whose BTC there are you could maybe anticipate movement of BTC price on the market, but when you can't it is hard to do so, don't get me wrong it is hard even if you do know. Since moving can mean anything.

Terminated.
You shouldn't really care about this. Probably some service just moving the coins around.
