Well it's true that some popular lottos are pretty hard to win. We have some examples:
-EEUU: Megamillions (1 probability out of 258.890.850)
-Germany: Lotto (1 probability out of 139.838.160)
-Europe: Euromillion (1 probability out of 116.531.800)
That is HARD to win. Ours, on the other hand, it's just 1 probability out of 34.300.
That's not an impossible thing to win. We consider that with one single bet (1/34.300) you have a little chance to win, although it's true that is not very probable. There is a one true fact that could help: the more bets you place the higher probabilities you will have. I think what you need to state is how much money you have on your online wallet just in case there is a lucky winner.
We have our own cold storage solution to protect the money but the the jackpot being displayed on the website is the real balance there is in the wallet so don't worry about that.

Well, i don't know how many bets you placed but it's all about probability and of course a bit of luck. Maybe you place 150 lines and get nothing and another day with one single bet you can win the jackpot but be sure that the more bets you place the higher probabilities you will have.
I can't do much about it but I wish someone gets the first jackpot soon so I can fill for the first time the winners table.
