Hi lads,
Looking for hosting for some 6-8gpu rigs 1080ti), I had a few questions :
- do we ship a miner in a rack/frame in a plug and play configuration or can we send you the pieces and you put it together ?
- is it still 55usd/kw/month for GPU rigs ?
- any info I can get on hosting GPU rigs.

Cheers,
Q.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of visiting the Colohub in Iowa.

I am very impressed with the friendly and knowledgable staff as well as the clean, state of the art facility.

I decided to relocate all my mining rigs from home to Colohub. One of my Antminers was not hashing properly and their staff tinkered with it until it was back up running normally. Also, it is important to mention they took time out of their weekend to meet me on a Saturday, give me a tour, and set up all my miners before I left. This may be a good fit for any home miners on the fence about switching to a hosting service, especially if you are in the Midwest US and want to avoid shipping to the west coast or Canada.

Thank you Colohub!
Glad to help in any way we can, good to meet you. Thank you for the feedback.

it looks nice, good job,
do you rent antminers or so? or are you  just providing the hosting service?
Thank you. Unfortunately, we do not rent out miners only physical hosting of equipment. If you look on www.btcmeqc.com we do have a Hassle Free program that evolved from people wanting to have bitcoin but not want to mine it. We have beening paying them out for almost a year. Most got in when the price was $700 so they are pretty happy people and putting more in as well. Not for everyone but thought I would put it out there for you. Thank you, Tim

Just sent a pair of A4 rigs here. looking forward to seeing them online soon.
Miners are up and running! Happy Hashing! --Colohub
Looking good. awaiting VPN access.
Should be all good, Let us know if you need anything! Thank You, Tim.
Yes, everything working fine at this time. Access to miners successfull.
Waiting on billing. Hoping to see us holding tight to the $55/mo per A4 rig.
Happy to pay anytime. I accessed the billing site, but there is no invoice yet.
Working on getting you into our new billing system, we will hold firm on our price, more specifically the price on the signed agreement. We should have the billing all squared away within the next few days Smiley

Hello everyone,
I can verify that the Colohub facility is as nice as it sounds, and that the staff is professional.

I have had my KnC Titans, A4s and Gpu Rigs and my server there for over 6 months.

Searing and myself met with them last summer and toured the facility when we were buying some of the KnC Bankruptcy Estate Titans
and trying to figure out where we were going to put them.

The staff there is knowledgeable and helpful and experienced with cryptocurrency and miners. There staff is a wiz at building and setting up gpu rigs.

Tim and the other staff members there were a great help to me in getting set up there.

Its also a great bonus for me that it is less than 2 miles from my front door!

Hey, this is a bit off-topic compared to what you actually host, but I was wondering if you also have knowledge of how to set up actual server datacenters (for Websites, gaming servers, etc.) and a range for a smaller one would be. Like would it still be in the $1m+ range?
To give you a bit of perspective our Data Center was close to 30 Million to build. You could do it with a million if you find a good location, building, construction crew, etc etc. Our main data center designer was MDI Access, you can check them out here http://www.mdiaccess.com/
