Not only Minereum (MNE) now lot of project use Kick marketing way. they create 2 different token. one token for free distribution and one token for investors. this is new marketing system. they collect thousands of wallet and send there token. this is very stupid way. i got some token in my wallet like this. Seeing these sometimes makes the mood very hot.

The problem, a lot of users are taking the bait and sending the supposedly payment for leveling up.
So in the end, it is not all fault of the project itself but the naive users who are willing to pay just to get their "free tokens"
I have seen that MNE team is creating their tokens in various networks and the same strategy, you need to pay to level up to start mining so you can sell your allotted free tokens.
If you believe you are being screwed by this kind of system, then don't pay the level up fee. Just let your free tokens sit in your wallet.
Definitely, this kind of tactic is being used by other projects so it depends on the users how they will be attracted by the potential return.

These newbies should understand that there is no such thing as free money, there's always a catch Kicktoken is not showing my wallet anymore every time I looked in my wallet I see 5 digit dollar sign now it's not showing anymore, same with Minerium if you just understand how the concept work you'll find out it's all a bait for you to upgrade or send them funds.
People should be more diligent about what they are getting into.

Thanks for reply!

But right now 32000MNE worth 4200$ more or less and if upgrade to level 3 allows transaction basically I got 3200$ (minus 0.225 eth).
My question is if it's some sort of way to get 0.225ETH and don't allow to transfer anyway.

This is a crap coin don't ever think you can find a way to transfer this coin it's not possible can you imagine how many users they airdropped this shitcoin, they do not have a specific number of people to receive the 32k Minerium, you can create as many wallets that you want and participate on airdrop

Quote
Minereum is airdropping 32,000 MNE coins to all airdrop participants. Visit the Minereum airdrop page and submit your ETH address to receive the coins. You can claim as many times as possible.

You have to upgrade your Minerium genesis wallet and since this is on Ethereum, the transaction cost will kill your profit

Quote
You will get your genesis address with 32,000 MNE coins when Minereum V2 is launched.
The genesis address will self mine MNE coins.
Each genesis addresses self mine approximately 1.84 MNE per day.

No you can't transfer your 32k MNE even with the upgrade, what the level 3 upgrade means is that you can start mining and you are able to transfer those mining rewards not the initial 32k.

I know it has been a while from previous post but there is someone that knows how to enable MNE transfer?
I got 32k in balance and tried with deposits to exchange but failed.
I read that transactions are locked but for all addresses or for only those that don't upgrade?

You're not the only one who got 32k in their wallet we are thousands who requested Minerium airdrop it's locked and the only way to unlock it is through upgrading your wallet, you can find everything you need to know here

https://www.minereum.com/howto

And by the way, you cannot unlock it one time, if it can be unlock one time many people have already done it
Quote
If you received a Genesis Address with 32,000 MNE from the airdrop, you have 5 options:

1. Set your Genesis Address for sale in the Minereum V2 Decentralized Exchange

2. Upgrade your address to Level 2 (mining starts: one time fee 0.15 ETH 0.075 ETH)

3. Upgrade your address to Level 3 (mining starts & transfers allowed: one time fee 0.45 ETH 0.225 ETH)

4. Do nothing (your coins won't be mined, nothing will happen)

5. Destroy your address (coins will be burned and you will get nothing) -

I had received an amount from their crypto, the price was around 3500$ after several attempts to send the crypto to see that it was not working in an error message because minereum blocked transactions Cool.

So the price is worth nothing Xd Roll Eyes

I have seen similar complaints of people who can't withdraw their thousands of dollars worth of MNE and cash it out, it looks complex to people who don't understand the whole concept, but it's way too early to MNE to be called scam when they are already in the market, they have a working platform and they did not do an ICO and run with your money, I don't also see they write that once you receive your MNE you can cash it out and buy a new house and a car.

People should wake up and be aware of how airdrops works, there's no such this as free money

Having a working project doesn't mean that you can't be a scammers. Cyber criminals are really good at hiding their true intentions here. So it could be borderline scams, just like Bitconnect and HEX, started to be good in the beginning, but look at how they turn out to be. So I will be cautious moving forward for this MNE Token, they could have been planting this all along.
True indeed...To make a mega scam every project needs to build trust first and that can take several years. Projects age is nothing in real sense where its important that how they are providing services to their users. If they did something unfair than thats enough for spoiling entire reputation. You have mentioned about bitconnect and their historical scam. As i know they established themselves first and clicked the scam button after achieving remarkable trusts.

In part, yes, it looks a little silly and contradictory, but I would not be in a hurry to call it scam, because the project has already created a finished product that has been working for several years.

There is a old article worth reading here:

The thing I don't understand is that why you have to pay or deposit to be upgraded to the next level, which is level 3. That's sounds like a classic Ponzi scheme.
Have enough similarities with ponzi's but you can call them Airdrop scammers. Without having enough Knowledge about ICO or airdops its quite hard to detect their plans. This is kinda platform will give you some free coins and after completed all signup procedure user will face withdrawal limit or minimum transaction issues. Its one of their strategy which indirectly force users to make deposit or purchase big amount of coins. In some cases they lock users token and it creates the chances of sudden pump after listing on exchanges.

Hey,
i am not sure if its Scam. I dont think so.
Why?
they worked pretty long on the Project and put pretty much effort into MNE V2. Why would you do this for a scam coin?
Also you need to see, if they gift all people 32k MNE instant it will have a rly hard Inflation. So they give it to you for a little it money. I mean some people spend hours to generate genesis Adresses, they would get millions of dollars out of it if they give 32k for free.
They point with licecoin is true and you need to watch how its going in the Future, if they just stay on livecoin as Exchanger you might be true, if they get more exchangers i think there is no scam and a rly solid coin. So yeah its a risk Investment, but scam? i dont think so.

Here the point you have mentioned " 32k MNE instant it will have a rly hard Inflation. So they give it to you for a little it money " the little money you are talking about is $40 that's not a little money. And in return they are not getting ANYTHING if you have clearly read the post ".

Kick's 8888 is different though, if I'm not mistaken, they have airdrop so many accounts because their token is worthless.

Limited in number. Limitless in potential.

Well most of this airdrop is used for marketing purposes, same what the kick token did, they don't tell everyone for what is it at that time, and people start sending but it cannot since it was locked. Out out no where, the price tank while others can't withdraw the airdrop. AFAIR its 8888 kick and ot reached something on 400$ but few days after it got dumped, though I can't see any reasons to call them scammers or what.
