Have u tried on another computer?

Thanks for you help. I tried again (same computer and address), and this time the withdraw succeeded. After a minute or so the transaction showed up in my wallet as well, woohoo!

Still there is something wrong with the withdraw page. After a second attempt to withdraw 1000 BCN, again the withdraw does not succeed. It looks like there is a disconnect between the amount shown in the page, and the actual amount available to withdraw.
Their withdrawal system is slow to respond and the page doesn't give you good feedback. But, it works every time for me if I enter the address, click withdraw, and then wait. It will look like nothing's happening but the page will eventually refresh after about 20 seconds and you'll see the withdrawal. If you get impatient and refresh the page, or hit the withdrawal button a second time, it gets all f-ed up.

I ve made 3 withdraws without problems... check ur adress, sometimes are spaces introduced. I always paste the adress first somewhere to check it

I got the address from the simplewallet with the 'address' command. Pasted the address in notepad to make sure there were no spaces, enters or any other whitespace characters.

The issue where it is impossible to withdraw funds seems to be back (same as described at the second page of this thread).

I have tried withdrawing funds multiple times in Firefox, Chrome and Internet Explorer. The site refreshes after I click the 'withdraw' button (only chrome displays a loading indicator in the form of a blue circle), but no transactions show up on the right side, and the BCN balance stays the same.

Why does my minergate balance keep on dropping? sometimes a few hundred or a thousand BCN while actively mining?
yeah, I noticed the same few days ago, but sometimes goes up fast. Probably nothing serious.

P.S. it comes back to normal after some time.
I want to make sure: the pool fee is charged when withdrawing only?

well, blockexplorer is not really what you call a 'hard work'. it looks pretty easy to establish - probably that's why minergate made it so fast.

Nice! I was waiting for some stats like this. However I was hoping the miners count to be much higher Wink

How to use open-source simpleminer to mine with MinerGate.com

Build latest bytecoin from sources using instructions in How-To thread.

Make sure you have executable ‘simpleminer’ in build/release/src.

Launch it with the following params:
./simpleminer --pool-addr=bcn.pool.minergate.com:5555 --login=YOUR_ACCOUNT_EMAIL --pass !

Please be careful and put correct e-mail corresponding to your MinerGate account.

In case you run simpleminer with wrong or misspelled e-mail all your work will be associated with different account!

Hello guys!

Today we have several announcements for you!

First one and probably the most important - here in Minergate we are really enjoying Bytecoin hype. Grin CryptoNote technology and it’s first implementation are quite perspective I would say and I glad we’ve noticed it on such early stage of development.

Recently we dedicated a lot of time to bug fixing and development of new features. Our awesome team is constantly working on it and, you know, we’re always open to any kind of ideas.

Bytecoin is opening a lot of doors for development - all Bitcoin services are yet to occur and we’d like to be amongst the first - commercial potential is huge.

I guess you’ve noticed our blockexplorer - community wishes are our #1 priority and we’re trying to deliver best product in shortest notice.

We have a lot of plans for the future - open source simpleminer for Minergate (available now!) for example - others I can’t reveal just yet but keep an eye our news - you won’t be disappointed!

Thank you for all your support!

You have eyes but can see Mt. Tai?!
Today i did little experiment with one of my machines. I deleted Lubuntu and tried latest client in Windows 7 x64. That was very disappointing!  Embarrassed

Xeon E3-1245 V3 + Lubuntu (x64) 13.10:       14-15 H/s with Minergate 1.09
Xeon E3-1245 V3 + Windows 7 x64:                7-8 H/s with Minergate 1.09

What the hell is going on here? Almost double performance on Linux? For 10% fee i'm expecting little more balanced miner.

Did you try to launch Minergate client on Ubuntu 14.04 ? I wonder if it's going to work.

I did. But i wasn't able to install that miner on latest version of Ubuntu, something bad with dependencies. I gues we must wait for new version.

Ubuntu binaries don't work on Debian or Ubuntu64, it crashes shortly after launch. No source to look at either

Before I installed the latest version of boost (your required version was a pain) it crashed with a nice error message and stack trace, but I didn't save it, nor do I have the source to take a look.

And, 10% fees..
